The best work happens when you’re fully present — focused, intentional, and locked into the moment in front of you.

Move with intention.
Train with purpose.

Private in-home training is currently waitlist only, but I have limited virtual coaching availability. If you’re looking for accountability, structure, and support, tap the link in my bio to schedule a discovery call.

After 21 years as a health and fitness coach, one of the best parts of this work is the amazing people I get to work with.

I truly feel like I have one of the best jobs in the world because I get to coach some of the best people in the world.

Over time, some clients become more than clients — they become friends, mentors, and people who genuinely impact your life.

Shoutout to my guy Adrian, aka AB.

AB has been an incredible client and friend, but he was also a huge mentor to me when I was buying my first home.

As a realtor, business owner, and someone who owns multiple homes, he helped guide me through the process — even though he couldn’t represent me directly because he’s out of state.

I’d send him homes I was considering, and he’d help me think through what to look for, what questions to ask, which years and features to pay attention to, what to watch for during inspections, and how to think long-term about ownership, space, peace, and independence.

One of his lines that always stuck with me:

“Shared walls kill dreams.”

We laugh about it — but I think there’s a lot of truth in it.

For me, becoming a homeowner was about more than just buying a place. It was about having a space of my own, not sharing walls, having a backyard, more peace, and living out the American dream of owning a home — and building a real foundation for the next chapter of life.

That’s one of the coolest parts of this work.

I get to coach people through health, fitness, strength, movement, habits, and stress management — but sometimes they end up mentoring me through life too.

Grateful for you, AB. 🙏🏼

Never forget where you come from.

I grew up playing basketball here at the John Wooden Center and in the Men’s Gym every Sunday with my dad.

Long before I became a coach, this was one of the places where I learned to love training, movement, competition, and showing up.

Coming back here with my mom was special. A full-circle reminder of where so much of this started.

Grateful for the roots. Grateful for the journey.

A reminder for today:

You don’t always need a full workout to shift your state.

Sometimes getting outside, breathing, and slowing down is exactly what your mind and body need.

Health is more than just training. It’s also sleep, stress, hydration, nutrition, and how you’re actually doing as a whole person.

Have a blessed day. 🙏🏼

One of my favorite things as a coach is helping clients build strength, control, and confidence by doing simple movements well.

This is a great core movement that challenges coordination, stability, and positioning without needing a ton of equipment.

Real progress. Real coaching. Real consistency.

Getting in shape is not always about finding more motivation.

Most of the time, it comes down to having more structure, more support, and a plan you can actually stick to.

That’s where real progress starts.

If you’re ready for more structure, support, and a plan that works, hit the link in my bio to schedule a free discovery call.

A big part of good coaching is meeting people where they are and building from there.

That’s something I take seriously with every client — creating tailored solutions, giving real support, and helping people build strength, health, and calm in a way that fits their life.

Grateful for trust like this.

If you’re looking for coaching that’s personalized, supportive, and built around your goals, send me a message or book a free strategy call through the link in my bio.

Rising into 2026

In 2025, I failed. I failed often, personally and professionally.

But I learned from it. I’m failing forward.

Progress doesn’t come from pretending everything is perfect. It comes from staying honest, staying focused, and continuing to move forward, especially when things feel messy.

It reminds me of a Michael Jordan quote:

“I missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. 26 times I was trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”

Social media doesn’t show the full story. Behind every highlight reel are setbacks, doubts, and hard days. If you’re in that season right now, you’re not alone.

This year, I want you to face the fear and take the shot anyway.

Don’t be afraid to fail. Be afraid not to try.

If you’re ready to build strength, resilience, and a calmer, more sustainable way of living in 2026, I’d love to work with you.

Training isn’t just about lifting weights or getting stronger.

It’s about your nervous system.
How you manage stress.
How well you recover.

Most of us live stuck in the sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight), rushing from meeting to meeting and task to task with very little space to slow down. Training can support your nervous system, but without the right progressions and a real cooldown, it can also keep you stuck in that same stressed state.

With my clients, we focus on more than just hitting health and fitness goals. We work toward a calmer, steadier way of living that supports longevity, resilience, and real recovery. Sustainable progress, not another New Year’s resolution you burn out on.

If you want help slowing down in 2026, not just achieving short-term goals but sustaining them with more calm, balance, and peace, reach out. I’d love to support you on your journey.

Full-body power.
Total coordination.
A healthy outlet for stress.

Med ball slams aren’t just conditioning. They train force production from the ground up, core-to-extremities, while giving your nervous system a safe way to unload tension.

Need support or accountability?
Reach out. I’ve got you. 👊🏼
