🌻 Jennifer Rice, a recent Pranic Healing Level 1 student, shares a glimpse of her journey to discovering Pranic Healing.

She says that energy healing always felt like a quiet calling, but life kept moving until she finally experienced a pause that allowed her to reconnect with herself, her authenticity, and the path that had been waiting for her.

In this first part of her story, Jennifer shares how she was guided to exactly the instructor she needed and how learning Pranic Healing has opened her eyes to new ways of supporting her own journey with chronic pain while also empowering her to help others. 💛

One of the protocols we practiced in the Advanced Pranic Healing class last weekend was "Strengthening the Thymus," an important gland in the Immune System. As the video describes, its activity otherwise slows down with age. But with Pranic Healing, we can keep this gland strong and full of energy. The scanning we did clearly showed the energy becoming more defined, more expansive, more powerful. Part of a practical self-care routine to keep the immune system strong!
