Sharing a few moments from our latest monthly healing circle 🌿

This is a free, open-to-the-public gathering created to support nervous system reset, deep relaxation, and energetic renewal 💫

We meet at 📍Seattle Unity on the first Monday of each month from 7 to 9 pm. In June, we’ll gather on the third Monday 🗓️!

We begin with a somatic practice to release tension held in the body and support the flow of energy through the meridians 🌀 This helps ease stress, improve circulation, and prepare the body for deeper stillness 🧘‍♂️.

From there, we move into group meditation 🌎. We practice Twin Hearts, a powerful method for emotional cleansing, inner clarity, and connection to higher awareness.

To close, we share and receive pranic healing 🤲✨ This is a space for practitioners to connect and refine their work, and an open door for anyone seeking energetic support, relaxation, or relief on a physical or emotional level 🌿

No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to be present and receptive 🙏🏼
