W x W | Workout Wednesday ⚡️

Progress isn’t always about doing more.

Sometimes it’s about simplifying the task and focusing on one skill at a time.

Today we worked on between-the-leg dribbling while using vision goggles to encourage keeping the eyes up.

The goal wasn’t speed—it was control.

By the end, the reps were already becoming more consistent.
