With humility and deep respect for our profession, I ask for your support — not simply to fill a position, but to offer my leadership in service to Filipino nurses and the future of our profession.

We open doors for the next generation — the young Filipino nurses who will follow us, who will lead hospitals, shape the future of healthcare, and sit confidently at the boardroom table.

And that, for me, is the true meaning of leadership.

From the bedside to the boardroom.

Filipino nurses have always been known for excellence in patient care. My commitment is to ensure that we are not only strong at the bedside, but equally strong where healthcare decisions are made — in leadership, in policy, and in the boardroom.

I am honored to share that I am running for the Board of the Philippine Nurses Association of America for the 2026–2028 term.

Throughout my journey as a nurse, leader, and Regional Chief Nursing Officer, I have witnessed the incredible impact Filipino nurses have across our healthcare systems. Our voice matters — and it deserves to be heard in the conversations shaping the future of healthcare.

Together, we rise — from the bedside to the boardroom.

Small Wings. Big Flight.

As many of us sit down today to celebrate Christmas with our loved ones, countless caregivers are doing something just as sacred—caring for patients who cannot go home.

To every nurse, physician, respiratory therapist, aide, environmental services professional, and support staff working today and throughout the holidays: thank you for keeping our hospitals open around the world.

Your dedication, compassion, and quiet sacrifice do not go unseen.
You are the heartbeat of our health systems and the hands that bring comfort when it is needed most.

Wishing peace, strength, and gratitude to you and your families this Christmas. 🎄

Merry Christmas to All!!! 🎄🎄🎄

I want to share to our PNA Emrald City: The Power of Shared Governance.
🫶🏻Honored to Contribute to AONL’s November Edition 2025

Grateful to be featured in the November 2025 issue of the Voice of Nursing Leadership (Page 4), where I was invited to write about professional governance as a catalyst for cultural renewal.

This piece reflects a truth I’ve witnessed throughout my career:

Real transformation rarely begins in big moments.
It begins quietly—behind the scenes—
in the steady choices, the brave pivots,
and the courage leaders activate long before anyone notices.

In seasons of transition, nursing has always risen with resilience.
And when voices are elevated, when belonging is strengthened,
and when values guide the work, culture begins to shift in ways that matter.

The article highlights what becomes possible when:
• nurses are trusted as designers of solutions,
• clarity replaces confusion,
• transparency fuels accountability, and
• leaders choose courage over comfort, again and again.

And perhaps most importantly—
it is a reminder of why nursing has never been anything less than a true profession.
The critical thinking, judgment, leadership, and moral courage required in this work make that unmistakably clear.

Thank you to AONL for creating space to share these insights, and to every nurse who proves—every day—that the heartbeat of our profession is courage in action.
