Keto Key Lime Cheesecake with
Cinnamon Crumble Crust Recipe

Filling
Mix
2 8oz blocks Phil. Cream Cheese (softened)
1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 Cup Swerve Confectioners
1/4 Cup Nellie & Joe Key West Lime Juice
Mix in 1 Egg at the end

Crust
Food processor
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 Cup Brown Swerve
3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

I use a Pampered Chef Quick Cooker (Instapot) to make cheesecakes. First, put a piece of parchment paper in your springform pan. add crust mix and press into pan. Put crust in fridge or freezer while making filling. Then add filling on chilled crust. Bake in InstaPot for 40 minutes then let it sit for 10 minutes. Remove and place in fridge overnight to chill. Enjoy!

(No Instapot? Cook in oven for 40 minutes at 350, no guarantees as I only cook cheesecakes in my PC Quick Cooker)

Keto Key Lime Cheesecake time! This is the “before” photo. This is placed in a Pampered Chef Quick Cooker on the Dessert mode (40 minutes). Then removed and chilled overnight.
