This is a first attempt at making a crystal & rock grid. The hearts represent (from the top) the High Heart (physically it is the Thymus, energetically, it is the Quantum Heart, then the Physical Heart
(as well as the 4th Chakra) and then the Heart Womb (2nd Chakra, the pelvic bowl in all human bodies and the Ovaries and the te**es). I’ve been noticing during lightweaving practice and meditation how all of these points are heart portals of our Heaven and Earth energies.

And yes, that is a hag stone on the upper left ☺️.

A little bit about my training and background in Energy Work:

Back in 2001, I attended and completed (2003) a 2 year ‘Clairvoyant Training’ which is an Energy Work and Healing program at Psychic Horizons in San Francisco. I learned how to read the energy systems of the Body and run them consciously, as well as how to transmute and heal energy patterns that manifest both in the body and in ones outward manifested reality of life. I learned how to do this work on both myself and others.

Since then I have attended post graduate classes on topics such as:

💚Abundance

💚The Energy of Money

💚Clairvoyant Training 2: Spiritual Life Program and many others

After my training, I did readings at Crystal Way in San Francisco, I also did reading and healing trades with other grads. As well as a long time friend whom I referred to the school. To this day we do Energy Reading and Healing exchanges. I’ve read friends and family over the years too. With everyone experiencing positive shifts and changes to various degrees.

In 2005, I attended massage school at National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, California (completed in 2006). I studied Eastern and Western Massage modalities for a year. After practicing massage for 10 years, in I decided to train to become a Life Coach. I attended a program through Coaching Cognition and then shifted to a different Life Coaching program through Align Network International and completed the training in 2017.

I also took a training in Sarasa Ta**ra Facilitator training with Caroline Carrington, here in the Bay Area. Also from 2015-2018 I had done a lot of shadow work and integration work with a dear friend, based on the principles of full body focusing from the book Focusing. I also have studied Theta healing from the book.

Another ongoing integration practice that I have been engaging with for nearly the last 2 years, is womb work with Malkaprem Beloved. She is an amazing facilitator and conduit of the Divine Feminine and full embodiment practices. She honors both the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine. This work is so Dear to my heart and it is my hope.....(the rest in 1st comment below)
