Twerking Is A Ceremony

It's not just a trend. It is a way to clear out stuck energy and inhabit our pleasure and power. Twerking has its roots in ancient indigenous cultures ...these movements were purposefully demonized and made taboo as a way to keep us disconnected from our pleasure and power.

In its purest form it is a prayer . It is saying "I am here. I am in my body. I am in my power".

The New Moon in Ta**us is a choice point . Do you plant your seeds in the old ? In the energy of staying small, being polite, of keeping it safe ?

Or do you plant your new seeds in the ground of your fullness? In the new energy where you name your full desires, where you own your power, embody your fullness and claim your worth ?

This is a choice point, there are two paths ... one leads down the comfortable. The known. The other path is the unknown, but it leads you to your full authentic self, your wild uninhibited self. The version of you that lived the life of her wildest dreams. What path do you choose ?

If you want support stepping into the unknown and connecting to your body join me on Skool to learn how. Link in bio. 🪩✨🦋

Embodiment Isn't An Aesthetic

It's not a linen outfit or a crystal. Though I enjoy both. It's the practice of being present in your body. Receiving its signals responding to its needs and letting your physical experience inform you. I get that talking about embodiment on an app where we typically go to numb and distract seems counterintuitive but I'm still here trying to make the case for being in your body !!!

Most of us learned to leave our bodies because of trauma or illness or by watching others abandon themselves. The way we come back into our bodies is through movement, breathwork and rewiring the nervous system for safety and calm. I believe that one of the most radical thing a woman can do is be embodied... because when she is in her body she can't be controlled...

The hips are the seat of our desire, creativity and power. And it is also like the basement or garage… everything that you don’t know what to do with or want to look at get stored here. So we block our radiance, our creativity, power and desire with heavy and dense emotions that we haven’t yet processed.

When a woman clears out her hips she lets go of pain, of shame, self judgement and judgement of others. And she steps into her power. She slows down and is embodied. She is grounded in her body and her power. Want to learn how to step into your power and be grounded in your body?

How long have you been trying to “fix” your period?

And how much money have you spent?

I am curious..

Have you ever addressed my nervous system?
Have you ever done somatic movements to let go of tension in the pelvis?
Have you ever allowed yourself to feel your feelings?

That is where the change occurs.
You need to address the physical, emotional and mental bodies in order for you to get rid of period pain, PMS, and low back pain for good.

Your pelvis is holding more than you think.
Not just physically—but emotionally and mentally.
Unspoken things.
Unfelt emotions.
Chronic stress. Your body stores it all.

And your period? That’s your body trying to clear it. But if your body doesn’t feel safe to release— it tightens. And that’s when pain happens. This is why healing isn’t just about what you eat. It’s about what you’re holding.

DM me FLOW if you are ready to let go of period pain.

Twerking helped me heal from period pain.
Not supplements.
Not another “hormone balancing” routine.
Twerking.

And before you dismiss it as wild, take a moment to think about it.
Where you bring your attention is where energy flows.
Pain occurs when there is a lack of energy and a lack of flow.
