Allergy season , specifically Cottonwood season in the PNW, is upon us. These 2 little tinctures are my absolute go too! The purple dead nettle is a mild antihistamine and it literally helps sneezing and congestion in about 20 minutes. Faster and safer than benadryl, without the grogginess.
Stinging nettle supports your immune system and is helpful for seasonal allergies as it also is a mild antihistamine.
