🌈 We’re excited to announce that our Pregnancy After Infertility Support Events are back!

Our first gathering will take place on June 18th at 6:30 PM at 📍Embassy Diner.

If you’ve experienced infertility, you know that getting a positive pregnancy test doesn’t automatically make the worry, anxiety, and fear disappear. Pregnancy after infertility comes with its own unique emotions, and you don’t have to navigate them alone.

Join a wonderful group of women who truly understand the highs, lows, and everything in between. Come connect, share, listen, enjoy some delicious food, and hopefully leave feeling a little lighter and a lot more supported.

✨ Because even after the “big fat positive,” support still matters.

DM us if you plan on attending so we can save you a seat. We can’t wait to see you there. 💕

This Infertility Awareness Month, let’s remember that no one should have to push through infertility alone. Whether it’s a partner, friend, support group, therapist, or coach, having support doesn’t make the journey easier—but it can make you feel empowered in your plan! And less alone.

Book a discovery call and see how I can support you 🤍

When I graduated in 2012.

I was convinced I was going to work in the Emergency Department. I had my career path mapped out perfectly in my head.

And then life — and nursing — had other plans 😂

Instead, I found my place in pediatric critical care while also building a completely different side of nursing that younger me never could’ve imagined: supporting women through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and new motherhood.

Over the years I’ve learned that nursing doesn’t have to fit into one box. Your path can evolve. Your passions can change. And sometimes the areas you’re called to most are the ones you never planned for at all.

To every nurse whose career looks different than they once imagined — whether you changed specialties, started over, built something of your own, left the bedside, came back, or discovered a passion later on — your journey still matters.

Happy Nurses Week to the nurses still showing up, still growing, and still finding their way 💕

This year Bereaved Mother’s Day felt different for me.

Since 2022, I’ve had the ability to acknowledge this day, but this is the first year I truly chose to lean into it. Maybe it’s because I don’t know what the future holds for my family anymore. Maybe it’s because grief has felt heavier this year.

If my last transfer had worked, I would be 27 weeks pregnant today. But that was not our story.

Today, I ran alongside others who understand this kind of pain — those navigating infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, child loss, and the people who love and support them through it all.

While grief can feel incredibly isolating, today was a reminder that none of us are carrying it alone.

Thank you to Chasing Rainbows for hosting the Bursting Bubbles 5K and creating a space where families can honor love, loss, hope, and remembrance together. 🤍

5 quick reasons Prenatal Classes are worth it - from an RN who teaches them 👩‍⚕️

1. You'll understand what's actually happening during labor.

2. You'll know what's normal in those first hours with your baby.

3. You'll learn newborn basics that actually matter.

4. You'll be trained in infant CPR.

5. You'll build your support network before baby arrives.

The months before you start trying to conceive matter more than most people realize. Not because you need to be perfect but because your body responds to the environment you create for it.

And there are real, evidence-based changes that can support your hormone health, your cycle, and your fertility before you ever take a pregnancy test.

Stay tuned this week for my preconception checklist! And if you want personalized support – reach out to me via the link in my bio 💗

Some of these voices started as strangers… and now they’re the reason someone else doesn’t feel so alone.

Day 2: 🧡
Support doesn’t always look the way we expect it to. Sometimes it’s a partner or a best friend… and sometimes it’s a room full of women who just get it—no explanations needed, no fixing, just listening, holding space, and walking through it together.

These are real words from women who showed up—sometimes scared, sometimes guarded, sometimes unsure—and found connection in the process.

If you’ve ever felt like no one understands what you’re carrying… you don’t have to keep doing this alone.

✨ Support is here.
✨ Your story is safe here.
✨ You are welcome here.

If you’re looking for a space like this, I host fertility support groups:
• Monthly on Wednesdays at Suffolk County Acupuncture
• Every other Thursday at Kind Acupuncture

Come sit with us. 🤍

Day 1 –

I’m a mom.
I’m a nurse.
I’m a coach.
I show up strong, capable, and put together most days…

But behind all of that is a story that didn’t go the way I expected.

Infertility doesn’t have one face.
It’s the woman lifting weights at 5am.
It’s the nurse caring for others while quietly navigating her own questions.
It’s the mom who is still trying to grow her family.

Today is about honoring the whole person behind the diagnosis.

This is me — more than my journey, still in it, still showing up 🤍
