🌹 Let go of that last part of you that can no longer keep holding on to the past. Let go of the old version of you and step into the next level you.

This whole time we thought we were laying at the bottom of a deep, dark hole, looking up to the sky, hoping someday we would make it out and feel better. The whole time, we were actually a seed, being planted into the Earth. Waiting and waiting, growing roots, being watered, finding ourselves. And now, we begin to bloom.

We begin to form a bud, starting slowly, finding our footing with this new version of ourselves who we've imagined for so long. We start by changing our behavior, our habits, our self-talk, our thoughts...

And then once it becomes a habit, then it becomes our new identity. Then we bloom. We find ourselves. We become ourselves and we finally feel free and in our purpose.

Bloom. Unapologetically. Bloom for You.
Just Bloom.

If you've ever had to pick yourself up from a dark place over and over and over again, then you'll know just how difficult it is. How lonely it is. And how miserable it is.

Even if you're in the darkest place possible. Crowded with doubt, fear, depression, sadness....there's always a light guiding you.

The hard part is to keep following the light. 🕯️
Especially when your mind keeps telling you you're not good enough, smart enough, talented enough.
There's still that light there, whispering to you that you are good enough, capable enough, smart enough....your job is to believe in yourself and lean into the light.

The light is your God force, your Power, your Intuition. It's the angel on your shoulder. We all metaphorically have an angel and a devil on each shoulder. One is telling us how incapable we are and the other is telling us how worthy we are.

Stop letting the negativity cloud your mind.(Note to self)
Start believing in yourself. (Also note to self) 😁

We are all little children in grown adult bodies. Our inner child is in need of re-parenting, nurturing, and for you to go back, take your little hand and tell yourself you're going to make yourself proud.

Inner child healing is needed for this world to be a better place. And we all need it.
Even if you didn't have a traumatic childhood. We've all been programmed by society to be a certain way since we were kids. So, it's about time we do the work to heal ourselves.

I'm not a therapist or a professional. I'm just a gal doing my best to parent my children while trying to heal myself. And it's hard. And I don't give myself enough credit.

Just thought I'd put this out there if anyone would be interested in an Inner Child Healing mini course. I don't have all the details yet, just going off on a whim here. Never done anything like this before with others. I'm a bit of a loner and usually deal with my stuff alone because I'm a stubborn one 😁 but...if anyone wants to start maybe like a couple of times a week doing some inner child healing, let me know. If there's enough interest, I'll figure it out.

Do you want the truth?

Everything is energy. You, me, animals, plants, thoughts, the living cells in our bodies, music,...everything.

There's negative energy and there's positive energy.

What do you think happens when people watch the news that is mostly not even factual. They believe in the lies, they fear. They keep the vibration down so low, so they can keep you there for a purpose.

What happens when people are in fear?
They're easy to control.

What do you think would happen if every single person in the whole world sat down at the exact same time and meditated on peace, love, and positive thoughts?

We would shift into a higher frequency. Peace, love, and a kinder world would manifest so quickly you wouldn't believe your eyes.

What are we doing in this world? We keep feeding the fear when what we should actually be doing is feeding the faith. Going inward. Healing ourselves, our inner child, and manifesting a world so amazing where no evil can exist because we have raised the entire frequency of the planet and have shifted into a higher consciousness.

Imagine. Believe.
No more feeding the fear.
Step into faith, love and possibility. It is possible. We all just have to come together and visualize a new world where we can all live in harmony.
It is possible.
Believe it.
It starts with you.

I don't know when it happened, but recently something has changed within me.

I don't know how to explain it, but it feels like I am becoming closer to God, The Universe, Source, and even closer to my Self than I ever have been in my entire life.

My intuition has always been a soft whisper, but now it feels louder than ever.

The message I kept receiving over and over for years is this:

"God wants you to Surrender. To Trust. And to Have Faith. You are right where you're supposed to be."

For some reason, I couldn't trust my intuition for so long. It took years and years, many chaotic, stressful, scary events to occur before I finally sat down and said "okay God, I get it." Everything is going to be okay.

I kept my heart guarded for a really long time.
But now it's time to open and let love in and let it flow.

My ego does not like this because my ego is used to "keeping me safe"
But my intuition KNOWS all is well.

So Trust your intuition. It's just your Soul leading you to where you're meant to be.

Reflecting on all of the past versions of myself.
Forgiving her for not knowing better.
Sending her love because she needed it.
Reassuring her that she was never alone.

She was always right where she was supposed to be.
She was always guided, loved, and supported.
She has always had a major purpose in this life.

And today marks the ending of the old version of herself. The one who spent her whole life in survival mode.

Saying goodbye to the past.
Welcoming the New with a fresh perspective, Gratitude in my heart, and Trust in God that I've never had before. Knowing that I didn't come this far just to come this far. Believing I am here for a higher purpose. Having Faith that all is well, I am safe, I am guided, and I am overwhelmingly grateful for all of it.
The lessons, the growth, the realizations. It wasn't for nothing.
It was all for a purpose.

Thank you to all the past versions of me. You did good.

It's time to close that major chapter with love, and gratitude.

I am ready to open the door to new beginnings. A new chapter full of presence, peace, & positivity. New opportunities, deeper, stronger relationships and connections, more authenticity, and an abundance of blessings flow to me easily and effortlessly. I trust in God to guide me and lead the way. And so it is. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am eternally grateful to be here, in this beautiful life, with my beautiful family. I am grateful to experience all of these blessings in this life. To be here living this life is a miracle. And we should not take it for granted.
