You’re not imagining it. 👀

So many women are walking around with symptoms they’ve written off as stress, aging, or “just how they feel now” — not realizing their hormones have been trying to tell them something for years.

Perimenopause doesn’t always look like hot flashes. It can look like heart palpitations that come out of nowhere. Brain fog so thick you can’t finish a sentence. Joint pain your doctor keeps dismissing. Mood swings that feel completely out of character. A body that feels foreign to you.

If you’ve been nodding your head reading this — you are not crazy and you are not alone.

Hormonal shifts during perimenopause can affect almost every system in your body and most women aren’t told this until they’re already deep in it. The earlier you get answers the better you’re going to feel.

Save this and share it with every woman in your life who needs to see it. 🔖 Because chances are someone you love has been quietly dealing with this and doesn’t know what it is.

Before AG Health vs. After AG Health — the difference is everything. 💚

We built this practice because too many people were delaying their healthcare not because they didn’t care about their health but because the system made it too hard. Too many waiting rooms. Too many days off work. Too many drives across town for a 10 minute appointment.

That ends here.

AG Health Services gives you the same quality care — virtually, on your schedule, from wherever you are. Primary care, urgent care. All in one place. All in Maryland. All built around your real life.

You shouldn’t have to choose between your health and your time. With AG Health you don’t have to. 💚

New patients welcome. Evening and weekend appointments available. Insurance accepted. Self-pay available.

Most people leave their doctor’s appointment with unanswered questions they forgot to ask. Save this so that’s never you again. 🔖

Walking into your appointment prepared isn’t being difficult — it’s being your own best advocate. And the right provider will welcome every single one of these questions.

Here’s what to always ask:
✦ Are there any concerning changes in my lab results?
✦ What preventive screenings or vaccinations do I need?
✦ Are my medications still appropriate for my health needs?
✦ Are there any lifestyle changes I should consider?
✦ What symptoms should I watch for between checkups?

Print this. Screenshot this. Text it to your mom. Whatever you need to do to actually bring these to your next visit. 💚

Because a good provider isn’t just someone who answers your questions — they’re someone who makes you feel safe enough to ask them in the first place.
That’s exactly the kind of care we provide at AG Health Services.

Maryland — the air outside may not be as safe as it looks right now 💨

Canadian wildfires are sending smoke thousands of miles south and it is affecting the air quality right here in our state. And the scariest part? You don’t have to see or smell it for it to be harming you.

Swipe through this carousel and save it — especially if you or someone you love has asthma, allergies, heart disease, or any respiratory condition. 🔖

A few things worth repeating:
🌫️ Check airnow.gov before going outside
🪟 Keep your windows closed on high AQI days
😷 Wear an N95 if you have to be outdoors for extended periods
💨 Run your AC on recirculate — not fresh air mode
💧 Stay hydrated — your body is working harder than usual right now

And if you’ve been experiencing coughing, chest tightness, shortness of breath, burning eyes, or unusual fatigue — don’t brush it off.

At AG Health Services we can evaluate your respiratory symptoms virtually, same day. No waiting room. No commute. Just answers.

Maryland, stay safe out there. We’re here when you need us. 💚

⚠️ If you’ve been outside in Maryland lately and noticed the air feels different — you’re not imagining it.

Wildfires burning across Canada are sending smoke thousands of miles south, and Maryland is currently experiencing reduced air quality as a result. This isn’t just an inconvenience — poor air quality is a real health concern, especially if you have asthma, allergies, heart disease, or respiratory conditions.

Here’s what you need to know:

🌫️ Who is most at risk:
— Children and elderly adults
— Anyone with asthma, COPD, or respiratory conditions
— People with heart disease
— Pregnant women
— Anyone who spends long periods outdoors

What you can do to protect yourself:

✦ Check air quality daily at airnow.gov before going outside
✦ Limit outdoor activity on high AQI days — especially exercise
✦ Keep windows and doors closed when air quality is poor
✦ Run your AC on recirculate mode — not the fresh air setting
✦ Use an air purifier indoors if you have one
✦ Wear an N95 mask if you must be outside for extended periods
✦ Stay hydrated — your body works harder to filter pollutants

Symptoms to watch for:
Coughing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, burning eyes, headaches, or unusual fatigue. If symptoms are severe or worsening — don’t wait.

At AG Health Services we can evaluate respiratory symptoms, manage flare-ups of existing conditions, and help you figure out if what you’re experiencing is related to air quality — all virtually, same day.
