I’m finding it is uniquely challenging to highlight employees who, by their very nature, are constantly putting others first. They don’t spend much time in front of a camera. To this point, this photo was sent in by a community member who simply wanted to recognize the excellent support they observed Kallie provide at DQ. That was over 3 years ago, and Kallie is still providing the same excellent care… and there’s still the same scarcity of photos capturing that care.

Always love to see an employee shoutout from a community member! This is truly our mission statement in action. Well done, Kallie! And what a great day for some DQ! 🍦

For day 5 of DSP week, we are looking back to just yesterday at the Clay County Fair in Spencer, IA. We had lots of people in attendance once again! It sure looks like Gordy, Tara, and Angel had a good time! (Thanks for capturing the fun, Ricki!)

While Americans honored all working people in the country with the annual Labor Day holiday last Monday, this entire week recognizes and celebrates Direct Support Professionals!

…And to no one’s surprise, COR has among the hardest working and most person-centered (two of whom are pictured below)!
