let’s talk about protein flour for a sec 👀

you grab a bag, you’re locked into one blend at one ratio. no control. just trust that whoever made it got it right for your recipe.

i made protein bake to flip that. it’s not a pre-set blend you’re stuck with. it’s a flour you add to your own recipes, in the amount you decide. more protein, less protein, your call every time.

that’s the whole point. you know your recipes better than any bag does.

I’ve leaned on this one little powder for YEARS, and it’s still the supplement I’d never skip❕

It’s a quiet staple in my routine for supporting healthy digestion and general gut function. Nothing flashy. Just one clean ingredient I actually trust.

No flavors, no fillers, no junk. I add it to water or a smoothie and let it do its thing.

800+ clinicians. Zero compensation. ✅

That’s how many shared Digestive Support Protein with their patients without me asking and without a dime changing hands. Verified by frontrowMD.

I think it comes down to what’s not in it. No artificial sweeteners, no flavor aids, no fillers. Just pea protein, a probiotic, and L-Glutamine for digestive support.

Strawberry protein fluff tucked inside a chocolate shell, and I still can’t get over how easy these are.

Here’s how I make them:
🍓 Whip Digestive Support Protein in Strawberry with a splash of water until it’s thick and fluffy
🍫 Spoon melted chocolate into a bar mold and swirl it up the sides
Add the fluff in the middle, top with more chocolate, then freeze until set

No artificial sweeteners, no flavor aids, nothing you can’t pronounce. Just strawberry and cocoa doing the work.

Comment YUM and I’ll send you the link to our strawberry protein with a little surprise added. 💌🍓

Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but make it 5 ingredients.

I was barely allowed the “fun” cereals as a kid, and looking back, thank goodness. Have you read the box? Sugar, fructose, maltodextrin, dextrose, caramel color, BHT to “preserve freshness.” Hard pass.

So I remade it. Same cozy cinnamon crunch, ingredients I can actually pronounce, and my Vanilla DSP as the base doing the work of flour. This one even loves your gut back.

30g of protein. 318 calories. 3 ingredients. No oven. One giant cookie. 🍪

This takes less time to make than driving to the store to buy one of those packaged protein cookies. And when you compare what is inside, it is embarrassing for the store-bought ones.

Red cocoa powder. Pumpkin puree. My Cocoa DSP. Mix the dry ingredients, add the pumpkin and a little water, shape into a giant cookie, refrigerate for an hour. Done.

You cannot taste pumpkin. It just replaces eggs, oil, and sugar all at once and keeps the cookie fudgy. The cocoa and DSP handle all the flavor.

Vegan. Paleo. Gluten-free. Nut-free. No added sugar. Free from major allergens.

5 reasons I take L-Glutamine every single day 🗓️

It’s not a “when I remember” kind of supplement for me. It’s a non-negotiable.

Here’s why consistency matters:

It supports healthy digestion (not just sometimes, every day your gut is working)

Gut function isn’t a one-and-done thing, it needs daily support
It doubles as immune support

It’s the easiest supplement I’ve ever added to my routine (unflavored, mixes into anything)

99.7% pure and tested! one single ingredient

The people who tell me they “don’t notice a difference” are almost always the ones taking it 3x a week. Your gut doesn’t take days off. Why would your support?

Comment DAILY and I’ll send you the link.

My little secret? I actually hate cooking. 😂

I know, I know. Ironic, right? The girl known for recipes doesn’t even love being in the kitchen. But here’s the thing. I genuinely love the taste of real food. I’ll eat meat barely seasoned because I want to taste the food (not always 😂).

And that’s kind of the whole point.

We’ve been so conditioned by artificial flavors, gums, fillers, and sweeteners that we’ve forgotten what real food actually tastes like. Companies sneak that stuff into everything because they WANT you dependent on it. Stevia, “natural flavors,”, artificial sweeteners, thickeners… all of it can wreck your gut and none of it is necessary.

Am I crazy or do you feel this too? Drop your thoughts 👇

This smoothie tastes like cotton candy. It is made from beets, papaya, lemon juice, yogurt, and my Strawberry DSP. No artificial flavoring. No food dye. Just real food. 💗

The frozen papaya gives it tropical sweetness. The steamed beets create the pink color without any beet flavor. The lemon adds tang. And the Strawberry DSP ties it all together with berry sweetness, protein, and probiotics.

Important: do not blend everything at once. Add the first 5 ingredients and blend to chunky. Stop. Add the protein. Scrape down the sides. Then start LOW and gradually increase to high. This is what makes it thick and spoonable instead of thin.
