A Message to Our Team

We want to take a moment to thank each of you for stepping up across every department during our annual survey week. Throughout the week, everyone demonstrated professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Not only did our in-house teams come together, but several regional team members also stepped in to provide support. Their willingness to help demonstrates the strength of Shippenville Nursing and Rehab and reflects our company's core values.

This was a successful survey that will provide opportunities for us to continue learning and growing. Above all, our focus remains on our residents—providing the highest quality of care and creating an active, engaging environment that enriches their lives.

Thank you again for your efforts during survey week and for the hard work, dedication, and compassion you show every day. Your commitment does not go unnoticed, and it is because of each of you that we are able to provide exceptional care and create a community we can all be proud of.

🌟 National Nursing Assistant Week Spotlight 🌟

Today’s spotlight is on Samantha Jeffries of Shippenville Nursing & Rehab! 💙

Samantha has been a CNA for 8 years and has been part of our facility for 4 years. She was inspired to become a CNA because of her deep desire to help others and her passion for providing compassionate care with the goal of making a real, meaningful difference in people’s lives.

One of her favorite parts of working with residents is hearing their life stories, wisdom, and unique perspectives. She truly enjoys seeing residents thrive, learn, and overcome challenges along the way.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.

This week, we are proud to celebrate the compassionate, hardworking CNAs who make a difference in the lives of our residents every single day. Join us as we spotlight some of the amazing team members at Shippenville Nursing & Rehab!

Today, we are recognizing Kristina McCauley! 💙

Kristina has been a CNA for 20 years and has been part of the Shippenville Nursing & Rehab family for more than 4 years. After losing her grandmother to cancer, she knew she wanted to dedicate her life to helping others.

Her favorite part of caring for residents is being someone they can count on every day and being there for them when they need her most.
