Marilyn released her butterfly today, and it was one of those moments worth slowing down for. 🦋 She watched as it made its way into the world, surrounded by people who were just as excited to see it go. We loved being there to share this little piece of magic with her.

✨ Meet Alyssa Felix, Shippenville Nursing & Rehabilitation’s New Activity Director!

We’re excited to welcome Alyssa Felix to the Shippenville team as our new Activity Director! Alyssa brings a background in Recreational Therapy and a genuine passion for helping people stay connected, active, and engaged. Through her experiences working with different populations, she discovered how much she enjoyed creating opportunities for people to come together and have something to look forward to.

Alyssa is excited to bring new ideas to Shippenville’s activity program and build meaningful relationships with residents and staff.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time outdoors, listening to music, staying active, spending time with family and friends, and taking care of her pet chickens.
