I come from three generations of Cooks. My Great Grandmother cooked for the Railroad, my Grand Mother cooked at the Big house and my Dad help to establish Johnny Case's Restaurant in Longview Texas until his death. So I grew up around foods that had plenty of flavor without that salty taste. In 2007 after retiring I decided to create a healthy cooking season blend that would flavor food without a lot of salt ,MSG and chemical additives. Healthy and "Simply Natural."
