🥞 She tried multiple side hustles… then this $100 idea actually worked.
Lynda Rodriguez tried Color Street, hair tinsel, sublimation, tumblers and other products before her daughter showed her a completely different idea:
Mini pancakes.
Lynda and her husband Noel started researching and realized something…
👉 Nobody in their local area seemed to be doing it.
They bought a grill for around $100, tested the idea and Flippin’ Crazy was born.
Today they're serving mini pancakes, apple nachos, loaded popcorn and more at events throughout Southern Arizona.
Their story is a great reminder for entrepreneurs:
🔥 Don't be afraid to pivot.
🔥 Look for what your market is missing.
🔥 You don't need to start huge.
🔥 Your first idea doesn't have to be your best idea.
🔥 Sometimes you just have to TRY.
