I've had the privilege of giving my 93 year old friend mental and physical ease through sound baths.
This last week I was able to give her some on the body work and she really enjoyed it.
She was at an 8 pain level and after a couple Tylenol and a session she fell asleep for a little bit. When she woke up she was at a 1! And said
"that was wonnnderfulll" 😊
