"DWTS" judge Carrie Ann Inaba reveals she's "always in pain" from a disease that she says took doctors more than 10 years to diagnose.

The 58-year-old says Sjögren's disease is far more than dry eyes — it's a systemic autoimmune condition that has affected her organs and forced her to completely rethink how she manages her energy.

Inaba says most of her life off-camera is spent in sweatpants, sometimes going days without showering, just walking her dogs around her neighborhood.
