Sailauna is over 50. A mother of three. A black belt martial artist.

And until recently, she had a rotator cuff that physical therapy couldn’t fully fix.

The shoulder stopped getting worse. It never got all the way better. She was told that was just where it would land.

If anyone understands what a shoulder is actually capable of, it’s someone with a black belt. She knew “good enough” wasn’t actually good.

After working with us, her words to me were that the shoulder is now as good as, if not better than, the other one.

Not managed. Not “good enough for her age.” Corrected.

Pain is correctable.

Name changed to protect her privacy — but this story is real, and she knows who she is.

Carol reached out to me one day after one of our online sessions.

She had something she wanted me to know.

Before working with me, she needed her husband's help to get up from the toilet.

Every single day.

This is a woman who runs a business. Who built a career. Who has never asked anyone for help with anything in her life.

And every morning, in the most private moment of her day, she needed assistance.

She didn't tell her colleagues. She didn't tell her friends. She told her husband only because she had no choice.

After a few months of online pain correction work, she didn't need him anymore.

She got up on her own.

From her home. On her schedule. Without ever stepping into a gym.

Pain is correctable.

I once spent seven hours playing a family man.

Wife. Three kids. A perfect afternoon.

We rode bikes. Played basketball. I held those kids in my arms for shot after shot after shot.

What the camera didn’t show: the pain started shooting down my arm after the first hour.

I had six more hours to go.

Nobody on set knew. That wasn’t their problem. My job was to look like everything was fine, and I did.

That’s the thing about pain that doesn’t show. You get very good at performing through it. Pushing through it. Convincing everyone around you — including yourself — that you’ve got it handled.

Most of the guys I work with are extraordinarily good at this too.

They keep showing up. On the course. At the gym. For their families. For their jobs.

And quietly, privately, they’re managing something nobody else sees.

You don’t have to keep performing through it.

Pain is correctable.

Three careers. One throughline.

17 years as a proprietary trader. Eat what you kill. No base salary. No safety net. You learn to trust and own your decisions.

14 years as an actor and model in New York City. You walk into a room and have 30 seconds to convince someone you're exactly who they need. You learn to show up fully or you go home empty-handed.

13 years correcting pain. You listen to what someone's body is doing and find what nobody else found. You learn to see what others miss or your clients don't get better.

Three different industries. Three different skill sets. One requirement across all of them: show up completely, or don't show up at all.

That's what I bring to every session.

Pain is correctable.

I've watched people give up the things they love most.

A sport. A trip. A Saturday morning routine.

Not because they wanted to.

Because pain made the decision for them.

Most people accept it. They adjust. They work around it.

But what if you didn't have to?

Pain has a source. When you find it and correct it — it doesn't just get managed.

It goes away.

What did you give up that you wish you hadn't?

Pain is correctable.

Byron's knee was swelling.

Not after a round of golf but before it.

The swelling was so bad it was affecting his ability to walk.

Most people at that point accept it. Rest it. Work around it.
Byron didn't.

We found the source of the problem was not in his knee, but in what was putting his knee under that stress in the first place.

Corrected it.

Byron is back on the course.

Watch his story. 🎥

At 63, Ric climbed very steep steps on the way to the top of a 7,500 foot mountain in Alberta Canada. No handrails. No pain.

He came to me with shoulder pain that was affecting his golf game and his life.

He didn't manage his shoulder pain. We corrected it.

The muscle causing your lower back pain probably isn't in your back.

It's called the psoas.

It connects your spine to your femur (thigh bone).

When it gets tight, from sitting, stress, or other forms of abuse, it pulls your spine forward and compresses your discs.

Your back hurts. But your back isn't the problem.

This is what pain correction looks like.

Find the source. Correct it. The pain goes away.

Seventeen years on a trading desk does things to your body.

High pressure. Long hours. Desk all day.

By the time I left that world my body had paid the price.

Stiff. Tight. Moving like a man twice my age.

That's when I started studying how the body actually works.

Not how to manage the damage — how to correct it.

What I learned changed everything.

And it's what I bring to every client I work with today.

What does your body pay the price for every day?

Pain is correctable.
