Sailauna is over 50. A mother of three. A black belt martial artist.
And until recently, she had a rotator cuff that physical therapy couldn’t fully fix.
The shoulder stopped getting worse. It never got all the way better. She was told that was just where it would land.
If anyone understands what a shoulder is actually capable of, it’s someone with a black belt. She knew “good enough” wasn’t actually good.
After working with us, her words to me were that the shoulder is now as good as, if not better than, the other one.
Not managed. Not “good enough for her age.” Corrected.
Pain is correctable.
