Homeopathy First Helping you resonate wellness through a holistic approach using classical homeopathy. An initial consultation will last up to an hour or sometimes longer.

Many people find Homeopathy as a last resort when every other mode of treatment has failed them. Many of those same people find Homeopathy to be effective and sometimes even curative. It is my hope that those successful cases will lead more and more friends and family members to try Homeopathy First. Homeopathic case taking requires a significant amount of time and in depth questioning about all f

acets of one's physical, emotional, and mental health. A homeopathic remedy will then be dispensed and you will return for follow up about 6 weeks later. Follow up appointments are shorter, usually lasting about 30 minutes.

While I believe that most everyone can benefit from Homeopathic treatment, some of the most common diagnoses or complaints that I have had success with include the following: asthma, allergies, autism, attention problems, behavior problems, chronic ear infections, fibromyalgia, rashes ( i.e. eczema, psoriasis), chronic headaches, menopausal symptoms, hormonal imbalances, digestive problems, grief, depression and sleep disturbances. This is the second time I am writing this post... I wrote a chapter for this book. I thought it would be easy and not take much time or effort, though there was something energetically holding me back at the end. The end felt flat and it lacked anything actionable. My rough draft was shared with an editor and then the blow-up happened. It shed light on my hesitations AND the way my bias comes through. Writing is hard. Writing is healing. I HIGHLY recommend writing a book. If you think you can write a book, read this book. If you don't think you can write a book, read this book. If you like to read books, please read this book. Your truth is your journey. Keep speaking it, keep writing it, keep digging for it.

I'm a collaborator on this book. I wrote a chapter. I thought it would be easy and it wouldn't take much time or energy. I was wrong! I'm SO GLAD I did it because it helped me release a block I had from sharing my story and being my true self in the world. If you've ever considered writing a book, this is a great one to read! Please consider buying a copy for yourself or a friend. The writing journey is a healing journey and you are in the driver's seat.
