✨ Updated Booking & Cancellation Policy ✨
At Botox Boutique, we value every single one of our clients and strive to provide the best experience possible. We also ask that our time be respected just as we respect yours.
When appointments are canceled at the last minute or clients do not show up, it not only impacts our schedule, but it also prevents us from offering that appointment to another client who may have been waiting. In many cases, products have already been prepared specifically for your appointment, resulting in unnecessary waste.
To help us continue providing quality care while protecting our appointment times, the following policies are now in effect:
• A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the cost of your service.
• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee, in addition to the forfeiture of your deposit.
• No-show appointments will also incur the $50 cancellation fee. In addition, any future appointments will require payment for the service in full at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable, but it will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled service.
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we will always do our best to be understanding when circumstances are truly beyond your control.
