means changes depending on who's printing it.

For StayCay it means a Certificate of Analysis for every
batch before it ships, not a sample batch, not the one that
seemed fine. Posted publicly, where anyone can go look.

actual cocktail, the kind a bartender would make, and then
the question becomes how to get that into a can without
losing what made it good.

Gin & Tonic didn't happen because "botanical" tested well in
a focus group. It happened because the lime and juniper
notes were worth chasing.

Most drinks need a small preservative army to survive the
trip from can to fridge: sodium benzoate, potassium
sorbate, the whole lineup.
