Pause right here for a 30-second mid-month inventory. ⏳☀️ June is moving quickly, and summer routines are in full swing. Before racing into the second half of the month, take a moment to check the internal dashboard. Checking in is the simplest way to track the nervous system and stay inside the Resilient Zone. Happy Pride Month!🏳️‍🌈 This month, we celebrate the LGBTQ+ community while recognizing the importance of creating environments where everyone feels valued, supported, and free to be themselves.

Research shows that supportive schools, workplaces, families, and neighborhoods can significantly improve mental health outcomes for LGBTQ+ youth and adults. Mental health support is not one-size-fits-all, and fostering a sense of belonging can make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

This Pride Month, let's continue building a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Check out the video for a step-by-step breakdown of using a personal resource to ground the day when things get hectic. ✨ The Secret Sauce: Once the resource is in mind, "track" the sensations in the body. Is there a relaxation in the shoulders? A deeper breath? That is the skill in action!
