Fact: Just when you think your body is winding things down…it says, “one more surprise!” 😅

Yes—pregnancy is still possible in perimenopause.

Ovulation doesn’t follow a predictable schedule during this time, which means you can still get pregnant until menopause is reached (12 months without a period).

Birth control can be a really helpful tool—not just for pregnancy prevention, but also for managing symptoms and regulating cycles.
