😍 Villa Azteca in Old Towne Salinas never disappoints!

Blackberry Jam Calamari started us off- YES PLEASE! …with delicious homemade tortilla chips and salsa!
*I always love a little sour cream on the side 😉
Then the main! …
Mouth watering Lobster 🦞 Enchiladas for the Foodie 🙋🏼‍♀️
and Rib-Eye Huarache for the Mooster!! So tasty!! 😋

I have so many recipe posts and restaurant reviews to share! I am so behind! Like half a year behind! 😑 BUT had to share our “not very photogenic” but super tasty 😋 St. Patties Day meal! 🍀💚

Braised Instant Pot Corned Beef, (I’m eating it cold today 😋 in this scorching hot ☀️ weather) caramelized onions, Irish Crisps (homemade potato chips made with potato 🥔 skins from all the Yukon GOLD potatoes skinned) and my mouth watering Shepherd’s Pie (made with 3 pounds of 😋 ground round, chunky cut garden carrots, 🥕 large and petite sweet peas, 🫛 Vidalia Onion & sweet corn).
Our sweet treats were Pistachio Pastries, refreshing Fruits Tarts and Chocolate mousse mounds! 🤤

We always love a good hearty Irish meal!

We recently lost our good friend since high school, Rico Felice … 💔 Rico had a passionate, dynamic and memorable personality. He was always thinking of ways to encourage and support his family and friends.

One of Rico’s dreams was to create a YouTube channel with Frankie, his 9 year old LEGO MASTER nephew. It was here that they planned on building LEGO creations together while inspiring others to create their own LEGO masterpieces.

After Rico passed away in late November, Rico’s twin sister Ticia (Frankie’s mom), decided to bring this dream to fruition in his honor.
