Your mind can create frightening thoughts about the person you love most. Having intrusive thoughts doesn’t make you a bad mom, it makes you human!

If this is something you’re struggling with or wish to gain more insight, education and connection around the topic, please join me and Embracing Imperfections owner Nicolette October 4th - 10am in Medford NJ!

If a group is not within your comfort level, 1:1 sessions are an option. Self-pay and insurance coverage options available.

Mamas! Pregnant, postpartum or who can relate to the group topic. We are excited to be part of hosting a therapeutic group for moms navigating anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and the challenges of transitioning into motherhood with a dear friend of mine - OCD specialist and owner of Embracing Imperfections, serving the Medford area.

This group is intentionally designed as dedicated time just for YOU, Mama — a space to step away from the daily demands of motherhood, connect with other moms, and focus on your own emotional well-being. For this reason, the group will be moms-only, without children present, so everyone can have the opportunity to fully relax, participate, and prioritize themselves.

📅 Sunday, October 4th
⏰ 10:00 AM
📍 Medford, NJ

Further details are available on the flyer!

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions and hope to see you there!
