“Why do you continue accepting homes that are in such difficult condition?”

We have been asked this question many times by others in our industry. The answer goes back to why Claudia’s Cleaning Service was founded in 2018: to create opportunities for our team while making a meaningful difference in our community.

Yes, we are paid for the work we perform—but for us, this work has never been only about cleaning.

Throughout the years, we have been entrusted with many challenging projects. Some clients have shared that they contacted other companies, received estimates, and were later turned away or simply left waiting. When someone finally calls us and says, “We need help,” we understand how much courage it may have taken to make that call.

We do not enter these homes to judge anyone. We enter with compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to help.

After completing what some may call an “extreme cleaning,” we leave behind much more than clean surfaces. We help give someone a fresh start—a reset, a sense of peace, and the opportunity to feel comfortable in their home again.

The emotional response we receive afterward is priceless. The relief, the gratitude, and sometimes even the tears remind us why this work matters.

Claudia’s Cleaning Service exists for every person who is part of our company—from our technicians to our leadership—but we also exist for our community.

Turning away every difficult project simply because it is challenging would not align with our mission or our values. When it is safe and within our ability to help, we will continue showing up.
