My client was curious so we took a pic for comparison purposes.
As someone who works out daily, (her & her husband own a CrossFit gym), self care and recovery are so important.

I’d like to give a huge shout out to my client for sharing this within her community & for sending me this before and after side by side.
I would like to start taking more before and afters for my clients review.
It’s really fascinating to see the results of what it is you “feel” (& are paying for 😁)

I got my very first 4 ⭐️ review!
I knew it was bound to happen because you can’t please everyone BUT this one is actually really good!! 👏🏽
Although they posted anonymously, I know this person personally & they would never give 5 ⭐️’s even for something deserving of 10⭐️’s so I am super grateful for this 4 star review ~ they already scheduled their next appointment before ever leaving my office. 😉
This reminds me of the 9.5’s I would get out of the 1-10 scoring method in school!! 🤣
My son’s gonna love I’m at a 4.99999 ⭐️ right now….never to recover 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️😭 we’ve discussed this many times. And it’s here!!! 😱😅

Wow wow wow!!! I’m so blessed to be a blessing to others. I appreciate the trust my clients put into me to hold space and care for them as this CAN BE deeply vulnerable work and as a whole IS magical and I’m here for it all!!
