It used to be so hard to go to the gym.

Fear of failure.
Fear of it being hard.
Fear of what it would look like.

It wasn’t until I took the time to talk to those fears and release them, and create a SAFE space for my body to thrive that real change occurred.

I’ve committed my life to helping women feel safe in their bodies, and I’m building a community of women who want the same.

Balance.
Consistency.
Self-love.

THOUGHTS - what do you believe about consistency?

FOOD - is that you’re eating consistent with the way you want to feel?

LIFESTYLE - is what you’re doing consistent with the way you want to live?

Consistency isn’t the habit itself. It’s the things going on around it.

If making these choices feels hard, doing it in community can make it easier.

I know I know.

“I don’t want waste my Sunday.”
“I’m too tired to cook.”
“I hate going grocery shopping.”

But…I’d take that hour of discomfort over…

“I hate the way I feel.”
“I’m so tired ALL of the time.”
“There’s no food in the house.”

If you’re too tired in the middle of the week to make breakfast, which leads to skipping breakfast or picking up something quick, you’re probably also having low energy, brain fog, and trouble releasing weight.
