Aliette Co-Care was created because I wanted to practice healthcare the way I believe it should be practiced — by listening, taking the time to understand my patients, and making sure they feel like a person, not just another appointment on the schedule.

Flu season is here, and a few simple habits can make a big difference. 💜

As a primary care provider, I encourage my patients to focus on prevention—not just treatment when they’re already feeling sick.

💉 Stay up to date on your flu vaccine.
🧼 Wash your hands regularly and avoid touching your face.
🏠 If you’re sick, stay home when possible to help protect others.
💜 And if you’re not feeling well, don’t wait until things get worse to reach out.
