🚨 Important Update + Business Tip 🚨

This morning, the building where I operate my business experienced a fire and is currently on full lockdown. No one is allowed inside at this time, and restoration teams including Belfor and PuroClean are actively on-site.

While this is unexpected, I’m grateful everyone is safe. I also want to use this moment to gently remind business owners: having business insurance is essential. When you rent space inside an office building, protecting your business, services, equipment, and income is critical — especially for situations that are completely out of our control.

Track Star Back to Running in Just 2 Weeks 💥




Two weeks ago, this young athlete came in with inflammation in his right foot and ankle, including an inflamed bursa, causing pain that was affecting his training and performance.

Through intentional, focused care alongside Dr. Byrd, we created a treatment plan that supported healing, reduced inflammation, and restored movement.

Fast forward to today his mom canceled his upcoming appointment because he is feeling AMAZING, completely pain-free, and ran his track meet this weekend without any issues. 🙌🏽🏃🏽‍♂️
