🚨It's time to reset our minds and bodies for the new year! The 2026 Challenge starts Monday Jan. 5.

The Rules
-- A 75 Day Journey
-- Daily: Time with God, 1 gallon of water, 10 pages of non-fiction book
-- Weekly: Walk/jog 5 miles, 3x 30+ minute resistance training sessions (body weight/ calisthenics count)
-- Follow a diet of your choice
-- "Eat the Rainbow" (fruit or veggie with every meal)
-- No soda, no coffee, no sweets
-- No fast food

Consistency and Discipline are πŸ”‘ to lifestyle changes. They say it takes 21 days to form a new habit and 90 days to make it permanent.

75-Day Challenge starts tomorrow!

DISCIPLINE -- I did this same challenge last year, and discipline was my biggest take away. That discipline carried over into my work ethic, my job, my prayer life, and beyond.

Was it hard? YES!
Did I mess up? YES!
Did I want to quit? YES!
Was it worth it in the end? ABSOLUTELY!
