The Evolution of Planning Your Apothecary Garden audio workbook...
When I committed to facilitating a workshop of the same title, I thought a workbook could be a great tool to include and promised to provide one. No, I have never created a workbook before, but I'm always up for a new challenge and created what I hope to be a meaningful and practical tool that also happens to be aesthetically pleasing.
Next came the gentle push of a friend who suggested I start capturing my voice to share my message wider, further, resulting in me narrating the workbook.
Then there are all the reflective pages within the workbook, for one to sit and dream and plan. This called for sound and music, a space to lean in deeply and craft a magical garden for plant medicine, reconnecting with earth and stewardship. Before I knew it, I was co-composing and co-producing gentle sounds, all in 432 Hz, for reflection. Even the backyard birds participated!
The result: part workshop, part journal, and part meditation, which I hope leads you on an explorative journey into the magical realm of plant medicine while instilling you with the confidence to tend such plants at home.
We are all feeling the pulls of Spring. Warmer and longer days lure us outside. If you're dreaming of a vibrant, herbal garden this year but could use some practical tips to get started, Planning Your Apothecary Garden could be the perfect inspiration for you to roll up your sleeves and get your hands in the soil.
