1. Think of a positive affirmation (e.g., “I am strong,” “I am courage”).
2. Inhale through your nose.
3. Sing or hum your affirmation as you exhale. Singing or making a soft "ah" sound helps activate your vagus nerve, which triggers your body's relaxation response.
Repeat this three times. Taking a moment throughout the day to breathe and sing can provide strength and energy to your body and mind. 🧘🌿
