All of these cuties are very different horses in terms of their age, breed, discipline, and work load. However when they are under the PEMF loops they all have in common showing deep relaxation and immediate relief.

After doing PEMF therapy for going on four years I have worked on a wide variety of horses. For example, a work day could include working on high end performance cutting horse, western pleasure horse, trail horse, and a retired senior horse. All of these horses have very different needs, and their sessions are individualized to fit their needs on that day.

No matter how different the horses are, they all have in common the way their eyes get soft and they lower their heads. You can see the immediate effect PEMF has on both their body and minds. I love being able to offer a service that brings horses instant and lasting effects of relaxation and relief from discomfort and body soreness🪄⚡️🐴.

🍂RIDING INTO FALL🍂
As we ride into fall and endure the wet and colder conditions, it’s important to remember how the drastic change in weather affects our equine friends. I know that living in eastern Washington we have already had quite a few nights of temperatures dropping into the low 30’s. My husband has already rolled his eyes at me while I’ve started to organize and use my horses winter attire😋.

It’s important to remember that with the change in weather it can affect the way our horses move, eat and consume water. Horses who have access to turn out or pasture may have a higher risk of slipping or falling due to the wet and frozen ground. The past few winters I have seen an increase in working on horses who had sustained an injury due to the ground conditions.

Horses who live in more of a confined space, such as a stall to paddock tend to move around less than they normally would which affects their whole body including their mind. Horses are meant to move, movement is lotion for their joints and helps keep their muscles and fascia elastic and happy.

So I encourage you as a horse owner to think about your horse, and how you can help both their bodies and mind ease into these wet and colder conditions coming our way. It’s also important to remember that just because you may ride your horse less, or even give them time off of riding, it’s still highly recommended and beneficial to have your horse receive some type of body work during the fall and winter months.

No riding does not equal no bodywork, so if your horse receives massage, PEMF, or another form of therapy. They should still receive this type of body work during these harsher conditions and especially if you have an older horse or a horse who struggles with arthritis. I look forward to working on my clients horses these next few months and I feel darn good knowing that I’m helping optimize both their health and wellbeing🐴🤎.

Hi horsey friends! I’m back on social media and had to share these adorable photos from one of my sessions during my upper county day last week. I’ve been working on Molly the mini for over two years now and Sioux is coming close to a year since her owner purchased her. It’s been so rewarding to be apart of these two mares wellness journeys and I always look forward to my time spend with them!

This little horse girl in the photos reminds me of myself in my younger years and she wanted to give PEMF a try for herself. We talked about parts of the horse and why it’s important to pulse them. She made the session one for the books as she was the best little assistant!

I love being able to share my skills and knowledge about horses with the younger generation and educate them about the importance of horse health and bodywork🫶🏼.

Check out this cutie! Dicey highly enjoyed his red light therapy after his PEMF session. I love working on new horses and hearing about their riding and wellness journeys. Thank you for allowing me to work on your sweet boy, he definitely deserved his session!

I have been traveling to the westside more regularly for work and have been getting asked how often I drive over and what cities I will drive to. As of now I am making bi-monthly trips and have room in my schedule to drive over more if needed.

Here is the list of cities I currently travel to:
〰️ Northbend
〰️ Snoqualmie
〰️ Fall City
〰️ Redmond
〰️ Issaquah
〰️ Kirkland
〰️ Carnation
〰️ Duvall
〰️ Monroe
〰️ Snohomish

I want to remind people that the more horses that I work on in one location, the lower the travel fee is. So if you are interested in investing in your horse’s health and longevity I highly encourage you to reach out and ask how PEMF can benefit your equine companion🤍🐴.

🌼SPRING IS HERE🌼

Now that we can officially say goodbye to winter, and enjoy longer and warmer days. It’s been so nice to see some of my regular clients get back on the schedule🫶🏼.

Living in eastern Washington I know a lot of us riders have a harder time riding consistently during the cold and wet season. Now that most of us can get back to riding more regularly it’s important to think about having our horses get back to their wellness routines.

If you gave your horse the winter off from their regular body work sessions I totally understand why. Winter time is especially financially stressful with holidays and I think a lot of us have been feeling financially tight with the inflation of life expenses🙃.

There’s a reason I haven’t increased my prices in almost two years, and it’s because I want to keep PEMF therapy affordable for everyone. I will be releasing TWO new session packages later this week and hope that this will help keep body work an affordable therapy for your equine companions. I look forward to helping equestrians achieve both their riding and wellness goals for 2024🤗.

Photo dump from my recent trip to Upper County✨.
I always look forward to working on these special horses and spending time with their awesome owners. Most of these horses have been on the same maintenance schedule of monthly PEMF sessions for over a year now. It’s been extremely rewarding to be apart of each horse’s wellness journey and help them achieve their individualized needs and goals.

This group of horses have very diverse needs and each session is individualized for what that horse needs on that day. All of the sessions are full body sessions, however they range from senior sessions to performance horse recovery pulsing. I look forward to next months sessions and hopefully having warm sunny weather☀️🙌🏼🐴.

Dear, horse girl
Are you struggling with getting your horse back into regular work after having a cold and wet winter? Well if you are, you’re not alone!

I’ve been struggle with finding the motivation to get back into a consistent riding routine after having a long period of time off. Winter time is hard on both us riders and horses who don’t have access to an indoor arena or can haul out often.

I’ve recently put my horse back into work after having two months off due to weather and back to back abscesses. It’s been hard to see his body change with muscle atrophy, stiffer movement, and less range of motion.

I plan on slowly building up his conditioning and strength exercises while allowing his body to have enhanced recovery days to reduce the risk of body soreness and injuries. On his recovery days Wyatt will receive a full-body PEMF session followed by much deserved pasture time.

Here are some health benefits to having your horse receive PEMF sessions when putting them back into consistent work:
✨reduces the build up of lactic acid in the muscles which causes soreness
✨decrease inflammation in their joints
✨increases elasticity in their muscle fibers which increase their range of motion
✨detoxification and oxygenation of their cells which is crucial for overall healing
✨reduces risk of soft tissue strains/injury
✨increases blood circulation by 200% to allow the body to recover at an accelerate rate
✨releases tension and pain in the body

If you are in the same position as me with putting your horse back into active work, then I highly encourage you to think about how you are helping your horse with their recovery process. Feel free to reach out with any questions about how PEMF can help you and your horse achieve your riding goals for 2024🙌🏼🐴🤍.

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day!❤️ I wanted to share my recent LZR UltraBright red light therapy session. I got a call from my lovely friend who owns and runs a beautiful local dairy farm here in Ellensburg.

She noticed that two of her dairy cows were showing symptoms of mastitis and wondered if red light therapy could accelerate their healing. I researched using red light therapy to help relieve mastitis symptoms and this is what I found!

Benefits of using red light therapy in dairy cows with mastitis:

❤️ Increases lymphatic drainage
❤️ Reduces swelling
❤️ Relieves pain by stimulating endorphin release
❤️ Decreases the risk of infection
❤️ Increases blood circulation to heal injured cells

This just shows the amazing power of red light therapy and how it’s such a multifaceted therapy tool that can be used for a wide variety of injuries and illnesses. It felt great to know I was able to help these kind girls with accelerating their healing and decreasing any discomfort they were feeling!🐮🙌🏼🤍
