You’ve been asking for years so I’ve FINALLY put it together! Five Elements Herbals online shop is now open!

You can get all your favorite teas, tinctures and topicals anytime you want. No need to DM and no need to stress about when the next farmers market is. But if you’re stressed try our Rest and Respite tea or our Don’t Panic tincture.

We’re still under construction so it might look funky, but it is functional!

New Substack just went up. I’ve spent the last week checking in with my community in the best way I know how: by listening to their stories and giving them tea. This post is a mix of me processing what happened in Spokane and sharing a bit about some herbs to support our lungs and our nerves as we recover and rebuild.
