It has nothing to do with:
•red light therapy
•or that I’m special - because I’m not

And if you’ve followed my journey at all, you know that I did a lot of things for about 10 years that didn’t help me.

So what changed? My understanding of hashimotos.

Hashimotos is an autoimmune where your body is responding to inflammation from your body attacking your thyroid (and then other healthy tissues). There’s no medication for it but the best way to heal is to understand what is causing the attack (aka root cause) and heal the damage done by the attack and inflammation. That healing isn’t random supplements or cutting out a food or 2. It’s doing specific things to heal a very specific thing. Much like you would do things to heal a broken bone or target a certain type of cancer, hashimotos needs to be healed in a specific way.

So that’s what I did. So instead of taking a million supplements and under eating with AIP, I healed my body according to my root cause and inflammation damage. That’s when I lost the 100 lbs, I stopped struggling with fertility, I got off my thyroid meds, and I was able to live again.

No gatekeeping here!

If you want to lose weight with Hashimoto’s and actually reverse inflammation, these are the 4 things you need to do.

Not random supplements.
Not starvation.
Not cutting out 47 foods and hoping for the best.

1. Understand your root cause
Because Hashimoto’s does not happen randomly.

If your root cause is:
* gut dysfunction
* hormones
* EBV
* mold
* stress
* nervous system activation
* chronic sickness
* or histamine issues
…your healing strategy should look VERY different.

2. Run FULL thyroid labs
Not just TSH.

Because your thyroid labs tell us:

your thyroid is not randomly failing.

Your body is attacking it.
That’s the part most women completely miss.

Because Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune disease.

Meaning:your immune system is creating inflammation and attacking healthy thyroid tissue.

So if all we do is:
▪️focus on the thyroid
▪️throw medication at symptoms
▪️or try to “boost metabolism”

…without understanding WHY the immune system is attacking in the first place?

We’re basically putting a bandaid on the problem.

That’s why my first priority is NOT:“fixing your thyroid.”

My first priority is:
▪️identifying root cause
▪️understanding what triggered the autoimmune response
▪️determining what inflammation has disrupted
▪️and figuring out WHY the attack is happening

Because when we lower inflammation and address the root cause:
▪️thyroid conversion improves
▪️antibodies often improve
▪️ metabolism can improve
▪️symptoms can improve
▪️and your body finally has the ability to start healing instead of constantly fighting itself

This is why:
▪️gut health matters
▪️ hormones matter
▪️nervous system regulation matters
▪️thyroid labs matter
▪️and functional labs matter

Because Hashimoto’s healing is about much more than “just thyroid.”

It’s about understanding WHY your body started attacking itself in the first place.

Read before you come at me! What supplements should you not use or stop taking with hashimotos? Random supplements that your body isn’t able to use, absorb, and provide any value to your body!

Here’s the truth most won’t say out loud:
🙈 Supplements don’t heal Hashimoto’s.
They support healing - when you choose the right ones for your body and pair them with the right protocol.

Without a custom plan, you’re just throwing money at capsules hoping something sticks… and wondering why you still feel like garbage. And most don’t know you’re too inflamed to even absorb them 🙈 most companies will use it as a money grab and I am NOT here to let you flush money down the toilet.

✨ I’m not anti-supplement - I’m anti-random supplements. That’s why in my healing protocols, we only use targeted support based on your root cause and inflammation damage. No more guessing.

But YES - you do need foundational vitamins + minerals daily (especially selenium, magnesium, zinc, and B vitamins). I personally use one super supplement that helps me cover those bases without juggling 8 bottles.

The one thing that worked when nothing else worked?

Taking a root cause approach to healing with hashimotos.

Not blindly eliminating foods, not shoving a bunch of supplements down the hatch. But understanding what caused the inflammation attack to happen in the first place. Then you get a full thyroid + functional labs so you know WHAT to heal. Then, we create a plan based on what your body actually needs (instead of guessing).

No waiting 6 months to be dismissed by a doctor. But a plan you can start with clear direction and no resistance from doctors that aren’t helping you get to the root cause & a full healing plan.

Feel a little seen?

If you stayed in the wrong relationship for way too long trying to make it work… You are more than capable of spending the next 12 weeks (and beyond) working on reversing your Hashimoto’s inflammation.

Women with Hashimoto’s will spend YEARS:
* minimizing symptoms
* waiting for the “right time”
* hoping things magically improve
* convincing themselves they’re “not that bad yet”
(Just like in that terrible relationship) while their body keeps screaming for help.

And listen - I get it. Because when you’ve been dismissed long enough, you start learning how to tolerate feeling like s**t.

You normalize exhaustion.
You normalize brain fog.
You normalize inflammation.
You normalize surviving instead of actually feeling good.

But your body is not asking you to be perfect.
It’s asking you to pay attention.

That’s why my process is simple and staged.

We identify:
→ root cause inflammation
→ thyroid patterns
→ functional lab imbalances
→ THEN create a healing strategy that actually makes sense for YOUR body

No overwhelm.
No guessing.
No spending the next 5 years stuck in “research mode.”

Going gluten-free is not a healing plan for Hashimoto’s.

Yes, it can lower inflammation.
Yes, it can help.

But gluten is usually the irritant - not the root cause.

If removing gluten was enough, you wouldn’t still be:
– Bloated
– Exhausted
– Struggling to lose weight
– Dealing with hormone chaos

The real question isn’t “Should I go gluten-free?”

It’s: Why is my immune system reactive in the first place?

Is it:
• H. pylori?
• Bacterial overgrowth?
• Leaky gut?
• Chronic stress?
• Viral reactivation?

Food changes can support healing.

But they rarely fix the deeper dysfunction.

If you’ve cleaned up your diet and still feel stuck… it’s time to dig deeper.
