I’d stop trying to be the perfect Hashimoto’s patient.

Because now I know the “secret” wasn’t finding the perfect diet, taking more supplements, cutting out more foods, exercising harder, or following another generic 5 things every woman with Hashimoto’s should do list.

I did plenty of that. And still felt like 💩.

What finally changed things was figuring out why MY body was struggling in the first place.

What was driving my inflammation?
What was contributing to my symptoms?
What did MY body actually need?
And most importantly - what did I need to address FIRST?

Because two women can both have Hashimoto’s, weight gain, fatigue and brain fog…

…and need completely different healing strategies.

I lost 100+ lbs when I stopped asking:

“What should I do for Hashimoto’s?”

And started asking:

“What the heck is going on in MY body that I specifically need to heal?”

That’s where I would start if I had to do it all over again.

If you’re tired of throwing generic Hashimoto’s advice at your body and hoping something finally sticks, comment ROOT and I’ll send you the details to set up your Root Cause Call with me.

One of the biggest mistakes I see women with Hashimoto’s make?

They end up taking 15+ supplements because someone on the internet said they “have to.”

Here’s the thing…

More supplements don’t equal better healing. That’s why I found one that’s a super supplement that gets you a lot of what you need in one supplement:
✔️ Heme iron
✔️ Vitamin B12 + other B vitamins
✔️ Folate
✔️ Zinc
✔️ Selenium
✔️ Copper
✔️ Magnesium
✔️ Vitamin A (retinol)
✔️ CoQ10
✔️ Choline
✔️ Omega-3

Less pill fatigue.

Less guesswork.

And one less thing to remember every morning.

Three pounds overnight.

Old me would have immediately thought:

WHAT DID I EAT?! 😵‍💫

Was it the pizza?
Was there gluten?
Was there dairy?
Did I eat too much?
Do I need to “clean it up” tomorrow?

And this is one of the biggest differences between living with active Hashimoto’s symptoms and where I am today.

I don’t automatically blame food anymore.

My weight still fluctuates.

I still get bloated sometimes.

I can still retain water.

I can sleep like s**t.

I can get dehydrated.

Because remission did not turn me into a robot whose body responds perfectly to everything. 😂

It gave my body resilience.

I can eat pizza without assuming I’ve ruined everything.

I don’t need to eliminate half the grocery store because the scale jumped.

And when something DOES feel off?

I understand my body well enough to look at the whole picture instead of immediately punishing myself with more restriction.

That’s the part of Hashimoto’s healing I wish we talked about more.

Because the goal isn’t to create a perfectly controlled little life where you eat the right foods, take the right supplements, get exactly 8 hours of sleep and never deviate from your routine.

That’s not freedom.

The goal is to address what is contributing to your inflammation and symptoms so your body becomes more resilient.

And that starts by figuring out what the hell you’re actually trying to heal.

Not someone else’s root cause.

Not the root causes on the checklist you found on Instagram.

YOURS.

Because if you don’t know what’s driving the problem, you’re still guessing at the solution.

And if you’re officially DONE guessing?

I’m not intentionally hiding things from you. But most of you can’t and shouldn’t eat what I eat now.

My former self (when I was in a hashimotos flare and healing phase) also couldn’t eat what I eat now. So I tend to not share what I eat now because it’s not what you should likely be eating in your healing plan.

But I’m happy to share the meal plan and recipes I followed WITH my healing plan. Comment RECIPE and I’ll drop the details in your inbox.
