Spirit said they intentionally turned a karmic situation around for you. this person is not the prize you think they are. This person also harbors deep seated anger towards you because you don’t play by their rules. Spirit says this persons constant partying, drinking, doing other substances and flinging that THANG 🍆 around honey, is going to get them caught up, I’m talking maybe a bum bump, 7 days on antibiotics or a penicillin shot to the ass baby and spirit said they aren’t wasting no time on making sure this comes to fruition and baby! Please believe me when I say this You ! dodged a bullet.

This up coming week we will notice things getting much easier and roads being much smoother . You will see that everything in your life seem to just fall right into place. You will notice this energy vibration of peace stick around through the winter season which by my calculations is December 13.

Be grateful for the many masks that have come off through the summer energetic shifts, knowing is half the battle. Now that you have cut people off that don't seem to be learning from their mistakes or moving in the same direction your trying to go you no longer have anything or anyone holding you back from reaching your goals.

It took you along time to get here but be thankful that god helped you to open your eyes by removing those blinders.

I was thinking about posting a video of the workout routine I do at home and the equipment I use, but honestly, I’m a little shy. 😂

I’ve lost over 50 lbs on my journey, and while I still have goals I’m working toward, I’ve learned that physical activity isn’t just good for your body—it’s good for your spirit too.

As empaths, healers, and caregivers, we spend so much time helping others that we often neglect ourselves. Taking care of your body is an act of self-love and self-respect.

Maybe I’ll even start sharing some of the foods I eat, my favorite meal prep ideas, and the simple things that are helping me create a healthier lifestyle.
