Are you living intentionally… or just going through the motions? 👀❤️

You can spend an entire year meeting deadlines, taking care of your family, showing up for work, checking things off your to-do list, and keeping everything running…

And still realize you haven’t made much time to invest in YOU.

Not just your appearance. Not just a vacation or a little retail therapy. 😂

I’m talking about your dreams, your goals, your mindset, your confidence, your faith, and the woman you’re becoming.

When was the last time you stopped long enough to ask yourself what YOU want for this next season of your life?

This morning on Fierce & Fearless Friday, we talked about the difference between maintaining your life and intentionally developing yourself.

Romans 12:2 reminds us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds.

And sometimes that starts with examining the thoughts we’ve accepted, the dreams we’ve postponed, and the limitations we’ve placed on ourselves.

❤️ Here’s your challenge this weekend: Make a 20-minute appointment with YOURSELF and ask:

1. What part of myself have I stopped developing?
2. What do I want for this next season of my life?
3. What’s ONE thing I can do in the next 30 days to invest in becoming that woman?

Because friend, you can be grateful for the life you have and still be intentional about the woman you’re becoming.

I am SO excited to announce that my friend, Dr. LaShonda Ford, is joining The GSB Collective 2026 as our Experience Host!

Dr Ford is a woman of God, and what excites me about having her with us goes far beyond handing her a microphone. It’s her presence. Her energy. And the opportunity for you to experience someone I’m so glad to have beside me for this day.

Have you ever walked out of a meeting or conversation thinking, “I should’ve said something”? 👀

And suddenly, on the drive home, you’ve got the PERFECT response, a compelling argument, and you’ve won the whole conversation. 😂😂

But what if the room needed to hear what you had to say while you were still IN it?

This morning on Fierce & Fearless Friday, we talked about finding the courage to use your voice. ❤️

In Esther 4:14, Mordecai asks Esther, “And who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?”

Esther had a position. She had access. She had an opportunity. But she still had to decide what she was going to do with it.

And sometimes, so do we.

You don’t have to know everything to have something valuable to contribute.

You can be nervous and still be prepared.

You can be respectful and still disagree.

You can be quiet by nature and still have a powerful voice.

The goal isn’t to be the loudest woman in the room. It’s to be a woman whose words have purpose.

So here’s your challenge this weekend:

Think about ONE place where you’ve been holding back your voice. What’s stopping you? And what’s one step you can take to change that?

Because friend, the point isn’t to say everything you’re thinking. It’s to stop allowing fear to decide everything you DON’T say. ❤️

Before you tell me everything that went WRONG this week… tell me three things that went RIGHT. ❤️

Because if you’re anything like me, you can probably give a full report on the problem, the deadline, the thing that didn’t go as planned, the email with a little too much tone 😂… and everything you still need to get done.

But what about the good?

Psalm 103:2 says, “Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits.”

That word forget got me.

Sometimes we don’t forget that God is good—we’re just moving so fast that we forget to notice His goodness.

So here’s your Fierce & Fearless Friday challenge. Before today is over, write down:

❤️ One thing YOU did well this week.
❤️ One thing SOMEONE ELSE did that you’re grateful for.
❤️ One place you SAW GOD this week.

Some things may have been hard. Some things are still unfinished. Some things didn’t go according to plan.

And God was still good. Both things can be true.

Don’t let what went wrong this week become the only story you tell yourself about this week. ❤️

How long have you been waiting for the “right time”? 👀❤️

More time.
More money.
More confidence.
Less fear.
A slower season.
Someone to go with you.
A guarantee that it’s actually going to work.

Ecclesiastes 11:4 says, “Whoever watches the wind will not plant; whoever looks at the clouds will not reap.”

And friend… at some point, we have to stop watching the weather and plant something.

That doesn’t mean being reckless. Pray. Prepare. Get wise counsel. Do your research.

But eventually, preparation has to become movement.

Because sometimes fear doesn’t sound like fear. Sometimes it sounds like:

“I’m just waiting for the right time.”

So this weekend, ask yourself:

What have I been waiting to do—and what exactly am I waiting for?

You don’t need perfect conditions to take the next faithful step. ❤️

And yes 😂, today’s Fierce & Fearless Friday came straight from my car before a meeting—which made this message even more fitting.

Done faithfully is better than delayed perfectly.
