The Relentless Lifestyle

The Relentless Lifestyle The Relentless Lifestyle standard — no guilt, no extremes, no BS. I felt like all I was was mom, housekeeper and chef.....there was no fulfillment for me.

First and foremost, I'm a wife to a wonderful man, we have twin girls and they are the reason I do what I do! After suffering from postpartum depression and the monotony of washing 16 bottles a day and changing as many diapers, keeping up with the house, cooking, cleaning, etc, I lost myself as a woman. I slowly climbed my way out through exercise-it became my outlet. I did all the things and most

of them, wrong. I was your typical cardio queen, all or nothing mentality person. It worked, for a while. You can only do that for so long, trust me. Longggg story short, I went after my personal training certification and a few years in, started my own business. I have been training clients out of my home gym for years now and love it! Since completing my personal training cert, I have gone on to claim many more. I am also a Corrective Exercise Specialist...think rehab. I love helping people come back from surgeries or injuries and having them leave here better than they came in. My main focus (and my favorite if I'm being honest-which you will always get w/me.) is my Health Coaching practice. I trained many many clients over the years but always felt something was missing. My clients would do so well as long as they stuck w/their workouts and ate what I told them. Invariably, life would happen, holidays came, weekends, etc and they would fall off the wagon I knew something was missing. It's the mental aspect of improving your health.....we don't realize what an important role it plays. If we don't change our daily habits and get to the root of our issues, nothing will change. I love digging in with my clients and helping them figure out why they do the things they do (defaulting to crap food, bingeing on the weekends and other forms of self sabotage). The awesome thing is, there is no diet or meal plan or crazy scary changes that have to be made. We can make these changes through teeny tiny little changes in our day to day habits that eventually lead to a healthier lifestyle-no more dieting or starting over! If that's something you struggle with, let's have a convo. Seriously, I'll be the first person to tell you if I think you'd be better suited elsewhere.

I had a handful of new client consults this week and I realized today how many times this came up and had to share.

I'm not building you a strict plan. I mean, if you're one of my online clients who's specifically coming to me for a workout plan, then yes. 🤣

But for my in person coaching & training clients? We're building habits. In fact, we're gonna be all over the place in the beginning as we figure things out.

My focus? Helping YOU figure things out for yourself so you don't need me longterm.

That looks like: you learning to listen to your body instead of ignoring it.

And all of that has to work for THIS season. Right now. Not the season you had pre kids. Not the "someday when life calms down" season — because that s**t isn't happening anytime soon. Life is ever changing.

And every time I say it out loud, I watch something shift on their face as they say "OMG YES!"

Because most people have only ever been handed a rigid schedule. Eat this, work out this way!

That never works longterm because it doesn't fit real life. And let me guess, you probably blamed yourself because you weren't disciplined enough. You weren't consistent enough. You just needed to want it more.

I call bulls**t. What you need is to actually listen to yourself and adjust, instead of forcing something that was never built for your life in the first place.

15 years doing this, and the people who actually keep it together long term aren't the ones gritting their teeth through something rigid. They're the ones who check in with themselves and adjust as life changes instead of quitting the second things stop fitting.

Rigid doesn't survive real life.

So if you're in a season right now where everything feels like it's falling apart and you're convinced that means you're failing...you're not. You're a normal human who is still learning to listen to yourself instead of forcing this season to look like a different one.

What season are you in right now — and is anyone actually helping you build around it, or is everyone just handing you the same rigid thing? You know, the 'try this peptide, this detox, this plan, eat this way!' BS.

A client said something to me last week I can't stop thinking about.

"I know exactly what to do. I just don't do it."

I just sat there like... yep. You and 98% of my clients.

And it dawned on me...that's the industry's dirty little secret, right there in one sentence.

15 years of coaching and I'm convinced the biggest lie we've all been sold isn't about macros or supplements or whatever workout split is trending this week.

It's the idea that if we just found the RIGHT plan, we'd finally stick with it.

We wouldn't. I promise you we wouldn't. I've watched hundreds of people prove it. Myself included.

Because sticking with something was never about the plan. It's about what happens in your brain the second life gets hard and you have to actually choose something.

Do you skip the workout because you "don't have time," or because it's easier than admitting you're running on absolute fumes?

Do you order DoorDash because the day got away from you, or because cooking feels like one more job when you're already touched out and done making decisions?

Here's the part nobody wants to hear: the food and the workouts usually aren't the real problem. They're just the first things you throw overboard when everything else feels like too fu***ng much.

I used to think my job was handing people a plan. Now I know my job is helping people figure out why they keep ditching every plan they've ever made.

Two very different jobs. Only one of them actually works.

If you've ever done "everything right" for two weeks straight and then crashed and burned with zero idea why... it wasn't a willpower problem. It never is.

It was something underneath it that never got dealt with, and it's still sitting there waiting for you.

So tell me — is that just me, or does that hit a little too close to home?

I was thinking about this the other day...

I've spent 15 years coaching people, and you know what almost nobody actually needs?

Another meal plan.

Seriously.

I feel like most of us know we need to eat more protein.
We know we should move more.
Drink water.
Sleep more.

We've downloaded the apps, bought the supplements, joined the gyms, and started over more times than we can count, right?!

The problem isn't information.

The problem is figuring out how to make all of that fit into a real life that's busy, stressful, unpredictable, and honestly...kind of chaotic sometimes.

That's why I put together this free 5-day email series.

It's not a challenge. It's not a detox. And I'm not going to promise you'll lose 10 pounds in 5 days because that's ridiculous.

It's just 5 short emails where I teach the same foundational stuff I work through with my coaching clients. The things that actually help people stop living in that constant cycle of "doing great" until life happens.

If you've been following along for a while and keep thinking, *I should probably do something...*

Start here.

It's free. No catch. Whether we work together or not, it's the information that I genuinely wish more people knew before they wasted another year chasing the next quick fix or investing in a coach who promises the world in the form of a 90 day challenge.

Comment **EMAIL** and I'll send you the link.

I ran fitness challenges for YEARS. Sold them, coached them, watched hundreds of people join.

Here’s the part nobody talks about: it was the same people. Challenge after challenge, month after month. Not because they were dedicated — because it never actually worked the first time.

If challenges worked, my job would’ve gotten easier. People would “graduate.” Instead I had a rotating group of repeat customers, which is the thing you never want to admit as a coach: the definition of your product working is people not needing it again.

The truth? People don’t join challenges because 21 days is the magic number for change.

They join because a deadline makes starting feel less scary than “changing your life” does. That’s not a fitness strategy, that’s just good marketing.

Real change doesn’t have an end date. There’s no finish line, no confetti, no “challenge complete” badge. It’s boring. It’s consistent. It’s not sexy enough to sell in a 4-week package.

I’m not knocking anyone who’s joined one — I’m knocking the model that profits off you needing to join again.

So tell me — how many challenges have you joined? Be honest, are you a repeat offender? 👀 Drop the number below.

If you’re over the restart cycle and want to actually talk about what does work, my DMs are open — no pitch, just conversation.

Ok random but also not random...

The Macro Reset is open and I just realized I haven't mentioned it in for-ev-er because I've just been over here yelling about hot flashes and flipping people off 🙃

Here's the deal: It's 6 weeks, zero meal plans (never have, never will — they don't teach you anything). I just teach you how to actually fuel your body so you stop guessing forever. You know protein is all the rage, especially for my 40+ friends...learn exactly how much you need.

If that's a thing you want more info, DM me. If not, no worries, back to your regularly scheduled chaos and my charming sarcasm.
