Connection needs to be nurtured, too.

Last week, Couples Events joined us at GlassWing Organics for an evening designed to help couples step away from the routines of everyday life and intentionally reconnect.

One of my favorite experiences was the Guided Couples Massage. Couples were led through intentional touch and massage techniques while being encouraged to slow down, communicate, be present, and really experience one another.

And that’s what I love about what Couples Events is creating.

It isn’t just “date night.” It’s an opportunity to laugh together, learn something new about each other, communicate differently, and remember that intimacy is built in the small moments of attention, curiosity, touch, and presence.

The evening also included interactive couples activities, challenges, questions, games, and experiences designed to create conversation and connection — and watching everyone participate was beautiful.

We’re excited to continue welcoming Couples Events to GlassWing Organics and creating space for couples to reconnect, play, explore, and simply enjoy one another.

✨ Sound is more than something we hear — it’s something we feel. ✨

Our sound healing experiences are designed with intention. I work with an array of therapeutic instruments, singing bowls, frequency tones, and vibrational sound — selecting sounds based on what you’re seeking support with physically, emotionally, energetically, or spiritually.

In this moment, I’m using our crystal singing pyramid, allowing its vibration to move and surround the body as part of an individual sound experience.
