One of the biggest things I’ve realized is that so many of our bodies never truly get a chance to rest.

We are constantly eating, constantly digesting, constantly overstimulated… while our bodies are also trying to fight inflammation, stress, fatigue, imbalance, and chronic health issues at the same time.

So this group is being created to help us begin returning to a more natural rhythm—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

We’ll be gradually exploring a fasting-based lifestyle together in a slow, intentional, and supportive way.

This is not about starvation or extremes.

It’s about:
🌿 Giving the body space to heal🌿 Learning discipline slowly and sustainably
🌿 Creating healthier habits
🌿 Improving mental clarity
🌿 Becoming more connected to ourselves

We’ll begin gently with intermittent fasting and slowly progress over time while learning our bodies, supporting one another, and growing together @ through the process.

This is about elevation of mind, body, and spirit… one step at a time.

Today we had the honor of hosting a beautiful birthday wellness experience at GlassWing Organics 🌿

The celebration began upstairs with a private yoga session in our Zen Den, followed by snacks, champagne, and intentional relaxation. Then we moved downstairs for a sacred yoni steam experience and a soothing sound bath to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. 🎶🕯️💫

Not everything spiritual has to be complicated. Sometimes healing looks like standing still in the rain with your feet in the grass.
