The Hebrew word Ruach (רוּחַ) appears nearly 400 times in Scripture. It’s translated as breath in some places, wind in others — and Spirit in still others.
One word. Three dimensions of the same divine reality.
That’s the foundation of Ruach Breathwork — a faith-rooted practice that uses intentional breathing, Scripture, and prayer to bring your whole self into alignment. Not just your mind. Not just your spirit. Your body too.
Because here’s what I’ve seen in my practice:
So many women know God with their minds but their nervous systems are still running on fear. On grief. On survival mode. The trauma lives in the tissue long after the prayer has been prayed.

Did you know the oxygen you breathe can travel deeper into the body than any medicine… and it carries your thoughts with it?

Every breath is more than survival.

When we breathe shallow, rushed, and overwhelmed, the body stores it. But when we intentionally slow the breath, calm the nervous system, and align the mind with truth, the body begins to respond differently.

“Ruach” — the breath of God.

To the mothers who make a house a haven—today we honor you.
The ones who rise early and stay up late, pouring love into every corner of the home and every soul within it.
