This is so true! I woke up so sore and tired this morning, I was up for about 45 minutes and went back to bed. I have a couple places to go today and it will take what little energy I have.
I will rest this evening and tomorrow so I'll be able to do more on Thursday and Friday.

I've felt this since August of 2022 (my dad). My mom in April 2023 and my mother in law (was truly my other mother) December 2024. I miss them everyday!

There is a strange loneliness in looking all right when your heart is anything but.

People see you answering questions, making plans, getting through another ordinary day. They cannot see the moment a memory crosses your mind and, for a few seconds, you are somewhere else entirely—back in a life that still had them in it.

Some of the heaviest grief is carried without a single tear anyone else can see. 🩵
