What if the needle wasn’t always necessary?

While at WPX, we talked with Jordan Clay of Air-Tite Products Co. about needle-free vaccination technology and why the way we deliver animal health products matters.

In livestock production, a needle is more than a delivery tool. It connects to animal health, worker safety, biosecurity, traceability, meat quality, and trust.

Strength Looks Different Than We Think
"She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue."
— Proverbs 31:26 (NIV)

Some of the strongest leaders in agriculture are women carrying enormous responsibility with very little recognition.

They lead teams. Manage families. Solve problems. Support operations. Build culture. Care deeply. And still keep moving forward through uncertainty, pressure, and long days.

Real leadership is not about control or visibility. It’s about steadiness, discernment, and the ability to care well for what matters most.

At Animistic, we believe wisdom and compassion are not weaknesses in leadership — they are strengths that sustain people and systems over time.

To the women leading faithfully in agriculture, business, science, and service:
your work matters more than you know.

Could the soybean meal in your diets be changing more than you realize?

We talked with Dr. Jeremiah Nemechek of Novus International about why two loads of feed formulated the same way don't always deliver the same results, and what that could mean for nutritionists, feed manufacturers, and pork producers.

The conversation explores soybean meal, trypsin inhibitors, and why these factors may be more important than many in the industry once thought.

Leadership Often Looks Like Stewardship

"Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much."
— Luke 16:10 (NIV)

Some of the most important leadership happens quietly.

It looks like showing up consistently. Paying attention to details others overlook. Caring for people, animals, systems, and responsibilities long before anyone notices the outcome.

In agriculture especially, stewardship teaches us that growth is rarely instant. Healthy systems are built through consistency, patience, and responsibility repeated over time.

The same is true in leadership.

At Animistic, we believe trust is built in the small things — in how we care, how we serve, and how we steward what has been entrusted to us.

Strong leadership is rarely loud.
But it is always intentional.

Day 1 at 🎥
Sneak peek from our interview with Jeremiah Nemechek of Novus International, where we dig into trypsin inhibitors, soybean meal variation, and what it could mean for pig performance.
Why does this matter? Because the same soybean meal inclusion on paper may not always deliver the same results in the barn. Understanding anti-nutritional factors like trypsin inhibitors can help nutritionists and producers make better decisions around testing, formulation, and feed additive strategies.
