A chew may be convenient, but convenience is not the same as dose adequacy. We evaluated practical dog-size ranges: under 25 lb, 25–50 lb, 50–80 lb, and over 80 lb, with a 100-lb reference.

If directions change only once or twice across that range, the smallest and largest dogs can receive very different exposures per kilogram. A strong label makes the dosing logic visible.

Romans reminds us that we are part of one body, but we do not all have the same function. Each person brings different gifts, different experiences, and different responsibilities.

Every new day brings another opportunity to begin again.

That truth matters deeply in agriculture, business, leadership, and life.

Some seasons are demanding. Some weeks feel longer than others. Some decisions carry weight, and some responsibilities require more patience than we thought we had.

But God's faithfulness does not run out before the work is finished.

Whether we're caring for animals, supporting producers, developing nutrition strategies, leading a team, or serving a family, we are not asked to carry the weight alone. We are invited to show up faithfully, receive mercy daily, and keep serving with renewed purpose.

At Animistic, we believe good work is built through consistency, compassion, and faithfulness over time.

Not every morning begins easily, but every morning begins with mercy.

Some weeks end with tired feet, full notebooks, and a few very cute research assistants.

Lyndsi and Casey spent the week at Rolling Meadows helping weight and ear notch piglets as part of our ongoing research trials.

This is the behind-the-screens work that makes good animal nutrition research possible: careful records, consistent handling, strong partnerships, and attention to detail.

Research trials do not begin on trial day.

Yesterday, Casey’s son Arthur helped us sticker 2,000 feed trial bags with either A or B labels.

It may seem like a small task, but details like this are what help keep research organized, accurate, and ready to move forward.

At only 11 years old, he is getting an early look at the behind-the-scenes work that supports animal nutrition research. The science starts long before the data is collected, sometimes with a stack of bags, a lot of stickers, and a great helper.

One encouraging conversation can change someone's entire day.

One mentor can shape a career.

One leader who chooses kindness over criticism can transform an organization's culture.

Hebrews reminds us that we aren't called to pursue success in isolation. We're called to encourage one another—to inspire love, good works, and perseverance.

In agriculture, this has always been part of our heritage. Producers share knowledge across generations. Neighbors help during difficult seasons. Teams rally together when challenges arise.

Business should be no different.

As leaders, one of the most valuable things we can give isn't another meeting or another report—it's encouragement. People thrive when they know they are seen, valued, and supported.

At Animistic, we believe science improves animal health, but encouragement strengthens people. Both matter.

This week, take a moment to encourage someone on your team, thank a mentor, or invest in someone just beginning their journey.
