September is National PACE Month, and we're celebrating what makes Jordan Valley Senior Care so special: the people.

PACE stands for “Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly” and brings medical care, support, activities, and community together to help older adults live safely and independently in their homes and communities.

If you have an urgent care need, our Medical & Dental Express Care will be open from 8 AM - 4 PM at our 440 E Tampa Street location in Springfield on both July 3 and July 4.
