Small steps still count. Here are four simple ways to support mental well-being this week:
1. Take a 10-minute reset (walk, stretch, fresh air)
2. Book your next annual wellness visit, even if you don’t feel like it. Talking with your primary care provider about mental health is an important act of self care.
3. Talk to someone you trust
4. Reach out for help if you need it

Health care is about more than appointments and treatment 💙

It is also about access, quality, and how people feel along the way.

Mental well being is connected to physical health. Caring for hearing, vision, and other routine health needs can help support mental health too.

A simple check in can make a difference.
Try asking: “How are you, really?”

If you are not sure what to say:
“I’ve been thinking about you.”
“Want to take a quick walk or talk?”
“No pressure. I’m here.”

Preventive care supports physical health and mental well being. Annual wellness visits matter, including conversations with your primary care provider.

Check in on yourself or someone else today, and consider scheduling a annual wellness visit if you need support. 💙

Health starts long before a medical visit. We’re proud to support St. Peter's Health with $40,000 in grant funding to expand programs that connect people to care, housing support, and critical resources for healing across the Helena community.

Big news for our community 📣

Thanks to a generous $40,000 investment from PacificSource, St. Peter's Health Foundation is expanding programs that support some of our most vulnerable neighbors.

This funding strengthens two critical initiatives:

🏠 Housing is Healthcare - helping individuals experiencing housing instability reconnect with care, resources and stability.

💙Patient Assistance Program - providing essentials like transportation, medications and medical supplies so patients can focus on healing

Because health doesn't start in a clinic, it starts with having what you need to live and recover. We're incredibly grateful for partners like PacificSource who believe in meeting people where they are and investing in healthier futures for all.
