Have you heard of White Willow Bark?

Used for centuries in traditional herbal medicine, white willow bark contains salicin, a natural compound related to aspirin's active ingredient. Fun little fact about me...

I LOVE to take pictures, especially of mushrooms! Between birds, trees, flowers, historical architecture and landscapes, i'm a difficult person to adventure with. I stop constantly 😆

THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING WEEKEND!

We had a very successful weekend and celebrated our last outside market!

A HUGE thank you to my family and friends who jumped in right when I needed them. I'm not one to ask for help, or admit when I need it. So those close to me know not to offer, just show up.

I had a moment of reflection yesterday morning while driving to Ludlow, and I was reminded just how beautiful life truly is. The little moments, the big moments, and all the moments in between. I notice them, appreciate them, and feel grateful for every single bit of it.

I also thought about just how many people are rooting for me. From those watching over me in heaven, to the Cape, to our wonderful local community. The love, support, kind words, and encouragement mean more than I could ever put into words, and I never take any of it for granted.

This little business truly is a labor of love, built with a whole lot of thought, hard work, and care. To have the opportunities i've been given, to see this idea grow, and to feel so much support along the way is something I will never stop being grateful for. ❤️

I'm regrouping this week, doing inventory, all the fun desk duties, and getting some home projects done before the snow flies soon enough.

Our next pop-up is at Mt. Ascutney Hospital in a few weeks!

Sneak peek! I set up for the Vermont Apple Festival at Riverside last night which I must say, has certainly made this morning less hectic. Heading back now to do some final tweaks.

It’s going to be a busy, beautiful weekend here in Vermont! 🍁I’ve been a little quiet this past week, busy prepping and restocking for the markets.

I try not to get too personal on here, but I will share this with you all. Last week, I said goodbye to my beautiful grandmother, a woman who meant the world to me. She’s mainly the reason I moved to Vermont 10 years ago, and so much of my life here is because of her. She always told me I was a hard worker and a “damn strong woman”, and coming from her, that was the highest compliment I could ever receive. She was the true definition of strength, and I hope to carry a little piece of hers with me every day.

Though she’s no longer here physically, I know she’ll be right there with me this weekend, watching, smiling, and cheering me on.❤️

I hope to see you all tomorrow at the Vermont Apple Festival & Craft Show in Springfield, and Sunday as we wrap up the season at the Ludlow Farmers Market - Vermont
