Sometimes wellness means changing the plan. 🌿
For years my focus has been refined sugar free living…
but after being diagnosed with chronic gastritis and GERD, I’ve had to become even more intentional about how I nourish my body.
My new wellness goals?
✔️ 30g fiber daily
✔️ 100g protein daily
✔️ 80oz water daily
✔️ Better sleep
✔️ Consistent movement
✔️ Continued refined sugar free choices
Because healing isn’t just about removing one thing.
It’s about supporting the whole body.
One thing that’s helping me stay accountable is the Nourish app. I was able to select a registered dietitian who actually reviews my meals, tracks progress with me, and helps me navigate this new chapter intentionally.
