Happy ** **! 🌿✨
This girl is my current favorite, and I am absolutely obsessed with her massive, veiny leaves. My ambient humidity sits around 60%, which is decent, but since she’s sitting pretty far from my main humidifier right now, I wanted to give her a little extra hydration to keep those huge leaves coming.
Enter the trusty pebble tray! It’s such an easy, low-tech way to create a localized microclimate of humidity right around the foliage. Just add a layer of stones, fill the water just below the top so the pot doesn’t sit directly in it, and let evaporation work its magic—zero risk of root rot.
Here’s to keeping our humidity-loving beauties happy and thriving!

Upcycling at its finest! ♻️ I turned a recent street find into a dedicated seedling nursery with a quick LED panel upgrade. Proper lighting is everything when it comes to encouraging healthy early foliage, and this new setup is exactly what these baby Anthuriums and my Philodendron El Choco Red needed. Rocco and Halo were, of course, on site for moral support and supervision during the installation. 🐾🌱

Told the AI to think like an illustrator and went digging through my sketchbooks… 🎨✍🏽
I hopped on the character sheet trend and used this exact prompt:
