I can’t believe it has been 3 years since I opened my little shop on Etsy! I really didn’t anticipate that it would take off, but it has grown far beyond what I could have imagined. Check out the award I received today from the CEO herself! Isla’s nurse has played an integral part from the beginning by giving me the gift of time to be able to work and her fabric naming ninja skills, so this beautiful artwork she helped Isla create is extra special to me. I started this whole endeavor by myself with one little desk and storage unit in a corner and now I have 2 part-time employees in a 300sf workspace that is starting to get a bit tight. Thank you all for your support! I look forward to continuing to create solutions to help make our hectic lives just a little easier (and more fashionable, of course) ❤️

I hope all the momma’s out there enjoyed Mother’s Day even if it wasn’t quite the idyllic day you’d hoped for. My first 2 Mother’s Days were spent in the hospital hours from home during Isla’s long-term hospitalizations, so it can be bittersweet for me even now. I am so thankful I have been able to snuggle my little miracle baby at home for the past 3 years. That said, I’m going to be taking a short break! I’ll be closing my custom, made-to-order shop this Sunday for about 10 days for another week long out-of-state medical trip for Isla. Be sure to get your orders in before then! The ISLAreyReadyMade shop will remain open, but with extended shipping dates starting the 27th until June 6. ❤️

Today I shipped out 46 (FORTY-SIX!!!) packages 😅 Sorry to those who will not receive their positivity sticker with their order this week. A certain sticker-loving fairy warrior princess launched a successful campaign to place them in witness protection… and she is NOT giving up their location. (The new stickers will be better secured - I promise!)
